tl;dr: The rigidity of level scaling in the game creates encounters that make no sense narative wide. Variety and a little more thought in floors and ceilings would be better.
I have some initerest in seeing changes in how some encounters scale. Does the toolset allow for this? How difficult would it be to fix/tweak in the main campaign?
