I have all of the DLC on my account and installed on my computer but when I start DAO and log in and looks on the Downloadable content, installed content all the DLC says
“ (unauthorized) Your account isn’t authorized. Log in with an account that owns this content so the content can be authorized and then enabled. “
My characters is uploaded but I cant play any of the DLC that i downloaded with this account…
The only thing working is DAO and Awakening.
What should I do?
None of my DLC works

Experiencing exactly the same thing. All my Mass Effect 2 content work, but none of my DA:O. To put it lightly I'm a bit miffed. I think next time around, maybe they should think of user friendliness in their salesmethod

Try this, courtesy of Shenordak:
Is all your DLC unauthorized? Then do this:
Shut down Dragon Age: Origins
From the Windows desktop, click the Start button, then select Run
At the command prompt, type "net stop DAUpdaterSvc" and click OK
Navigate to My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings and delete the files Manifest.xml, Offers.xml, and addins.xml
Navigate to My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age and delete the Offers folder
Go to C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\ and deleted the DAUpdater folder (where C: is the default directory)
Navigate back to My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age and delete the folder called AddIns
Return to the command prompt (click Start, then Run) and type "net start DAUpdaterSvc" before clicking OK
Restart Dragon Age: Origins and log in
So, Ok now your DLC should work. However, Awakening wont. You need to go into C:\\Program files\\Dragon Age\\addins\\dao_prc_ep_1 (or equivalent) and open the file "manifest.xml" using for example notepad. Copy everything between the lines <AddInsList> to </AddInsList> (but do not include the lines themselves). Now go to C:\\users\\name\\documents\\bioware\\Dragon Age\\addins and open the file "AddIns.xml". Paste the copied text between the lines </AddInItem>
and </AddInsList> at the very bottom of the file. Now you should be able to see Awakenings. Otherwise, you have some other problem.

Unistall - Reinstall, go take a walk while being installed, fresh air is always healthy....
and no i am not being sarcastic, i did that and all my troubles solved, i only kept the Saves folder and nothing else.. took me like 1 hour to reinstall and download the DLCs, now i am back to enjoy the game w/o any issue.

Bioware seriously have to do something make these things work THE FIRST TIME you try to start your DLC.

I uninstalled, reinstalled and now my DLC doesn't even show up. It's not even showing that there is content to purchase.

Got it! It seems to be working now. I am only wondering whether I'll experience this glitch in the future or not as I am going to purchase the expansion pack today.

What about if only some of my DLC is unauthorized?I recently bought some of the newer DLC's but the old DLC's I had work perfectly. Ironicly, I had the exact same problem back then and maybe possibly kind of forgot how I fixed it..*cough*
Anyway..
Anyway..

Yeeeah, this is my first DLC purchase (Witch Hunt) and I know I used the same account...
And trying those steps from EA is useless. All it did was delete the installed content in AddIns. Great! There is no All Users\\Application Data folder in Windows 7, so I have no idea what that's about.

When I try to do as Eurypterid says I don’t know where I can find this Run button and the only file I can find in the dragon age folder is Mainifest.xml, I cant find Offers.xml or Addins.xm.
Can anyone please give me a solution that works on Windows7 ?
I can add that I have reinstalled dragon age 3-4 times and all the DLC’s is still Unauthorized

olsson511: Click on Start, then right under Help and Support you'll find Run.
Dear Bioware,
Is this going to be solved? I did as advised and everything worked fine until I came home from work and turned on my computer. Do I have to do this each and every time I log in so that I am able to play?
There is a huge discount on Awakening as we speak in a Hungarian shop selling software, but at this point I am hesitating whether to buy it or not.

* Run services.msc from the Run menu option in Windows. Pressing the Windows key + R will bring up your Run menu. Simply type "services.msc" into the window and click OK.
*
o NOTE: Services.msc controls essential components of Windows. Errors in configuration can prevent the system from operating correctly. Any changes you make in services.msc are made at your own risk.
* Find the Dragon Age: Origins Updater service in the list.
* Double-click on the service to bring up the properties.
* Press the Start button if the service is not currently running.
* Change Startup type to Automatic.
* Close the Properties and Services interface.
this is what i did and now all of my dlc works.
Big thanks to Arlana Tabris for posting a link to EA's solution to blank Downloadable Content page.
dont know how to link to another forum pots, so just go to the empty "downloadable content" menu thread if you want to read it.
