I have repeatedly tried purchasing more bioware points so I can download the new ME2 DL content, including Lair of the Shadowbroker but I keep getting to the very end where it fails.

Is it just me or is the process totally dicked?

Doesn't work for me either. I've now spent a few hours on the phone with Mastercard and EA. Also done a (useless) live chat with EA, followed by an email to bioware. A big waste of time. It accepts the card onto my bioware account, I get to the final phase and it gives me an error and to try again later.

I've been having the same problem:



"An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."



I've tried for a couple days now with no luck.

I had a similar issue.

Have you tried using a different browser? That worked for me.

Still not working, but I've also noticed Chase bank's site has been down for maintenance for awhile now. That could have something to do with it.

Points purchase just went through. Maybe a server down, or server overload or something.

If you're having problems with the Bioware points system, try asking in the points.bioware.com Site Help Forum to see if you can find a solution there.

Okay, seriously bad news here. It appears that my "failed transactions" went through to my bank. I now have hrm... 11 pending charges to my bank account for points I only received on it would seem only the 11th try.

Except I posted a question there 1 full week ago (7 days) and still haven't heard anything back! So much for quality customer service huh.
