The Galactic Music Video Awards kicked off tonight with dazzling numbers from Eff Tee El, Bootyherax, and Blue Giants. In what will undoubtedly be called the entrance of the year, Eff donned a cowboy hat and reinforced codpiece to ride a low-powered biotic singularity onstage. As for the awards, Best New Artist went to Domino Masque, Best Choreography went to Skinsuit’s “Mix It,” and the coveted Video of the Year went to Varrencage for their anthem “Let It Up, Let It Out.” A moment of silence for deceased singed Lady Sweat preceded her band’s performance of “Where You Gone?” with the soulful vocals provided by VI-via Wonder. But the most memorable antic of the night was dubbed the “Quarian Kiss”: Lita’Orn nar Idenna stripped off her mask when she won Best VI-Directed Video and gave presenter Illesa T’Nasty a big wet kiss. Lita’s representatives say she is expected to make a full recovery.

They're dragging out the "What do quarians look like?" thing mercilessly. Off the top of my head:
Suitless quarian in the second book
Quarian kissing the host of that award show
Shepard seeing Tali's face
That advertisement on Illium
Fornax
That matriarch bartender

Here's the thing, in 300 years, with all those pilgramages, there hasn't been an incident where a quarian has died under suspicious circumstances on another world somewhere, and been the subject of an investigation and autopsy?   Because, you know, the rest of the galaxy is so respectful of Quarians, and the results from such would never get out or anything.

If they do it, it's gonna look good since it'll be the only quarian face we ever see. I could see them saving the big reveal for the culmination of her romance dialogue, but it'd feel kind of cheap since we (Shepard) have already seen it.

Not much. I doubt there wil be that much in the romance - Tali doesn't have the luxury obviously of taking off her helmet any time she wants.

In all honestly, if there is no reveal, it will actually be kind of liberating, since then I can just pick my personal canon and not give a crap.
