I don't care what she looks like, but would like to see a cute and friendly face behind the mask

As others have already pointed out, organ/limb cloning is probably within the tech level of ME. However, I should note that Tali already has cybernetics, as mentioned by her passive skill evolution.IndigoWolfe wrote...
I'm not sure it would be in Tali's character to immediately opt for synthetic replacements.

One of the fourth levels of her passive skill, Quarian Machinist, mentions that she gets/upgrades her cybernetic implants to improve health/durability.FsDxRAGE wrote...

Harbinger actually says the quarians have cybernetics. When such cybernetics are applied, I imagine starts when they leave the clean rooms and get their first suit.Someone With Mass wrote...
Also. Given the fact that they are forced to use antibiotics, immuno-boosters and such pretty often, it makes sense that they have cybernetics.
Probably dispensers for antibiotics, immuno-boosters and medigel, but perhaps some stuff like Shepard's Heavy Skin, Muscle and Bone Weave, as well.FsDxRAGE wrote...

indeed, but operating on a quarian with heavy skin weave, wouldn't that probably kill them or casue more harm that good?Thundertactics wrote...

Within the clean rooms of the Flotilla it probably wouldn't, and a tougher skin means less chance of wounds, open air making contact with blood, significantly decreasing chance of infection.FsDxRAGE wrote...

Also Pacifen, your avatar is freakin adorable
I think Vespas took this concept and ran with it on his Tali... which I do likePacifien wrote...
One cybernetic that I believe they have is their eyes, created in such a way such they can better read the various suit readouts being displayed to them on their visor or holographic projection within the mask. I can see their eyes being the method in which they change their readouts.

How would one make tougher skin?

Lattice Shunting
Strong synthetic fibers can be woven through the skin, dramatically reducing damage taken from most attacks. These fibers also act as a medi-gel conduit, improving healing.
