Well quarians are said to look like humans, except the ears don't go into much detail.
I don't care what she looks like, but would like to see a cute and friendly face behind the mask

I'm not sure it would be in Tali's character to immediately opt for synthetic replacements.

As others have already pointed out, organ/limb cloning is probably within the tech level of ME.  However, I should note that Tali already has cybernetics, as mentioned by her passive skill evolution.

Of course she has cybernetics. She's with Shepard. Have to withstand some punishment.

One of the fourth levels of her passive skill, Quarian Machinist, mentions that she gets/upgrades her cybernetic implants to improve health/durability.

edit: Actually, both of them do:
  • Quarian Engineer: Tali is operating at peak efficiency,
increasing the duration of her powers. Modest cybernetics and
    immuno-enhancers increase her health.
  • Quarian Mechanic: Tali's expertise in engineering firearms of
all kinds increases her weapon damage. Modest cybernetics and
    immuno-enhancers increase her health.

Harbinger also mentions them for his quote about Tali.

So yeah, quarians don't seem to have qualms religious, ethical, or cultural with cybernetics.

It's a bit of a shame she didn't keep that metal-plated arm, I'd always assumed it for a prosthesis. Which could provide an interesting backstory.

Then again, perhaps she really did lose (part of) her arm at some point, and her current one is simply more elegant/has been regenerated to some extent through cloning and whatnot.

Also. Given the fact that they are forced to use antibiotics, immuno-boosters and such pretty often, it makes sense that they have cybernetics.

The codex mentions them getting implants right before they leave their pilgrimages for "health reasons"

Harbinger actually says the quarians have cybernetics. When such cybernetics are applied, I imagine starts when they leave the clean rooms and get their first suit.

Probably dispensers for antibiotics, immuno-boosters and medigel, but perhaps some stuff like Shepard's Heavy Skin, Muscle and Bone Weave, as well.

indeed, but operating on a quarian with heavy skin weave, wouldn't that probably kill them or casue more harm that good?
Also Pacifen, your avatar is freakin adorable

The cybernetics we all imply that the Quarians have may be similar if not identical to Shepard's, thought his implants and cybernetics are of unknown origin, but made from Cerberus and of a higher calibre far beyond the understanding of those who made them.

So I'm pretty sure its safe to say that if they did have cybernetics, it would be unable to be seen by the naked eye.

Within the clean rooms of the Flotilla it probably wouldn't, and a tougher skin means less chance of wounds, open air making contact with blood, significantly decreasing chance of infection.

One cybernetic that I believe they have is their eyes, created in such a way such they can better read the various suit readouts being displayed to them on their visor or holographic projection within the mask. I can see their eyes being the method in which they change their readouts.

I think Vespas took this concept and ran with it on his Tali... which I do like

Lattice Shunting
Strong
synthetic fibers can be woven through the skin, dramatically reducing
damage taken from most attacks. These fibers also act as a medi-gel
conduit, improving healing.

Here is Harbinger's quote about Tali/quarians.

“Quarian; considered due to cybernetic augmentation, weakened immune system too debilitating.”

From Shepard's Heavy Skin Weave:
