I didn't even notice the fountain until you pointed it out, I more focuesd on how lonely Garrus looks. It seems to me Garrus is about to say " Why don't you two take it too your room"

He was talking about how easy it would be to stab them. This factors in the average wear of species. Humans? Clothes. Turians? Armour. Quarians? Envirosuits.

Grunt's comment must be open to interpretation then because I didn't think he was taking the average wear of a species into account since he doesn't mention the average wear of a species in his comment.

i always saw it as he had some imprint of quarian physiology,
since okeer seems like he would command infos like that being a warlord and all.

Tali mentioned in ME1 that music and Dance is very important in Quarian culture. It surprises me that we having seen Tali dance in either game.

imo the quarians have become less individualistic, and more "we the quarians".

being exiled and ignored by the majority of the galactic universe would lead them to be reliant on eachother.
 Re-enforced by how Tali mentions how important the migrant fleet is to quarians and how they treat personal property aboard the flotilla.

I get the feeling that a HUGE amount of their history was lost in the Morning War. Some of it still lives but with limited space on the flotilla most physical stuff would have to have been discarded. 
I also think that the traditional Quarian songs and dances would have been modernized a bit (not too much but evolved on its own accord without influences from most of the galaxy). As my signature used to say, they are probably fantastic ravers, but thats just my personal logical conclusion. (I'll post my reasoning if its requested but it may not make sense nor be on topic nor take less than a few hundred paragraphs)(Possible example song of modernized Quarian singing? (after 1:00))

Since during Geth incursions you could say that the Geth were interested in obtaining the Quarian data (which IIRC was being transmitted somewhere) I believe that the Geth hold a huge stockpile of Quarian history, and could use that as a HUGE barganing chip with the Quarians (We have peace, we continue studying organics, you help get peace with rest of galaxy, we give you homworlds and history. Deal? Good.)

She'd probably get more excited if you gave her a book on Quarian architecture, primarily house styles.

On the subject of music, that just reminded me of the mission from ME1 (just replayed but can't remember, sorry) where you find the recording of the quarian in the warehouse...they have a brief musical fanfare, then a brief sorrowful tribute to their lost homeworld. I wonder how that sounded.

Sorry if this isn't making an inordinate amount of sense. I'm somewhat drunk.
