Concerning the waddle that was mentioned, that's not specific to Tali. I've noticed it on Miranda, Samara and Thane. So it's not a quarian-specific trait, it's just awkward animation. It does look VERY jarring once you notice it though. But I'd actually say that it's less prominent on Tali than on the others.
As for Tali's face, I'd be fine with them revealing what a random quarian looks like, even if it's not specifically Tali. Sure, I'd prefer it to be Tali, just because she's the one quarian we know best (and love best...at least in this thread), but if it's just something like watching old footage of a quarian speaking, or even a painting or drawing of some sort, I'd also be fine with that.
But I'd rather they do show something than drag out the "mystery". Because the romance scene was a sucker punch in that respect.
Concerning the suit sections actually going through quarians' limbs: wouldn't that be kind of counterintuitive? Surely causing
more injury is not an efficient way to deal with an already existing injury and/or infection? Not to mention how painful it would be.

You can't imagine what horrendously difficult life would be for femShepard in long term relationship with Garrus, I fear this wouldn't last forever. That's why I'd like Tali being more humane. To make our future relations as pleasant as possible.
Um...my canon Shep is a Garrus girl, and I imagine she's doing just fine, thanks. He's not an elcor...Seriously though, BW wouldn't make a character romanceable if sex was impossible, considering that every ME romance scene implies sex. Each of the alien LIs looks more or less humanoid. Each of the alien LIs (apart from Liara) also has some kind of impediment to physical intimacy. I mean, Tali can
die without the proper antibiotics/immuno-boosters! I'd qualify that as difficult. Doesn't mean physical intimacy is impossible. And, frankly, Thane is the one who sounds like he'd be the most uncomfortable. Hallucinations and a rash? Whereas for Garrus, you can counter chafing with massage oil and possible allergic reaction by...not ingesting!
In any case, I highly doubt Mordin was being completely serious during those sex-ed talks. His response to the "you're just yanking me around?" question is highly ambiguous.
