On the immunity side of thing, anyone remeber the add on Illium about corporations discriminating againts exo-suit employees and claimed a 40% percent rate of sucess?
So that could mean there are immune Quarians out there, but 40% is a bit risky and who would try sacrify Tali. Also who would?
But In Me2 it`s well establish there is Gene therapy or there might be some drastic procedure that would make Tali (and other Quarian) more resistant. I think Tali would be prone to seek out such treatment to be honest since she wants to be with Shepard.

Tali (and Garrus) really have no reason not to be on the Normandy for ME3. Bioware could always make something up to get them off, but they know how popular they are among the fanbase.
