I've heard that called "sex-hair."  LOL.

There's no reason she can't have both flowing locks and bed-hair. It just has to be at different points in the 4th dimension.

"So I've taken some antibiotics..." = flowing locks.

"Just so you know..." = 'bed hair'

Shohreh Aghdashloo (Shala'Raan) voices a character in one episode.
The accent she pulls for Shala is her real one, by the way. She sound pretty much identical in the Simpsons, too.

She also played Dina Araz in 24 Season 4. I regonized her immidietly in-game, and I couldn't shake that feeling for the entire mission. Now I can't watch episodes of 24 she is involved in without thinking about Shala.Posted Image

EDIT: And that's very Posted Image pic , Sergio.

Certainly what Tali would have had after her time with Shepard in 'the loft'. Probably sexed her again after seeing that cuteness.

Okay, on the subject of hair.

Tali with a massive Afro.

Would be impossible....? Flat and folded is possible, but even that would be a stretch. THAT much hair wouldn't be able to stay under the helmet....

Wasn't there a pic like this?  It had stuff like top hat Tali and french beret Tali.

I was in no way trying to be realistic.

I was kindof thinking an afro OUTSIDE of her suit, like a wig. I dunno, my mind is pretty inside out right now.

I 'm still not sure if Tali should have hair or eyebrows. If she had hair I would imagine it would be close cropped (Jack-like) for easy maintenance. I definately love how the artist dipicts her facial features. Maybe add in some glowage to her eyes just to validate the glowing eye effect behind her tinted visor. Excellent piece of art regardless.

First, excuse me if my english is extremely limited :P.

All the discussion about being or not being too alien is a bit relative. Every race in Mass Effect (except rachni and hanar,) are bipeds extremely close to humans. If I have to think in real aliens I actually cant imagine an Asari or Turian in real life (even a standard "grey" sounds a bit ridiculous), so, knowing that, we have to think in aliens in a science fiction context, and then, every possible "artistic license" is allowed xD (I never saw anyone complaining about alien races in star trek being too human!).

I can actually imagine a race of aliens who by nature has short hair (because it only grows 3-5cm in total), so no haircut needed :P. I think it is more important to find a design of an alien race you like and think it fits, than searching a deep scientific sense to that look.

Very well said Toshikii. Besides, in the ME universe humans (and if you want to be technical, batarians) are the only ones with hair that we know of. I wouldn't mind Tali having some.

I would really like to see another race in the game that has a hair on their heads like humans. Hair on the head just makes so much sense. It's a big biological advantage! It insulates the brain, it prevents heat from being lost from the body.

I guess turians can get away without it since they got the head frindge going, and the asari scalp tentacles might give some insulation too.

You know, I'm under the impression that I'd only made it to first-and-a-half base.

Which, frankly, was way more than I'd ever dreamed possible. And I certainly care too much risk her safety by going any further.

But eh, are you all quite sure things went as far as appears to be the popular impression?

Hoodless version. Now looks less like Kasumi :P.

I Like it!

The face still looks a bit too rounded/juvenile, but otherwise I like it

Don't worry, vaginal intercourse isn't that much more dangerous for a quarian than regular open air exposure with the human.

See the relations guide I wrote for Chap 11 of my fanfic. :P

During copulation, sexual protection is not necessary. Due to their differing biology, quarians and humans are immune to sexually transmitted diseases from either species. Pregnancy is also biologically impossible. Although ingestion of human seminal fluid is dangerous for a quarian, ejaculation within the vagina is reasonably safe. Since the body does not attempt to digest or extract nutrition from the seminal fluid as it would from ingestion, it goes largely ignored within the quarian's body. The spermatozoa pose no threat, and are eventually killed by the quarian's immune system (or die off on their own). Anything that remains of the seminal fluid ends up being flushed with bodily waste. Seminal fluid also contains no bacteria, unless the human has a urinary tract infection.

By cutting the camera from the couple after the kiss begins, bioware allowed the player to make up their own ending. They could've gone all the way, they may have only kissed. It's up to each player.

I can't believe I'm responding to this...

I think allergic response is the major culprit in quarian illness versus bacterial infection. As far as I know, bacteria falls under the levo/dextro problem anyway, so a quarian's reaction to bacteria would be like their reaction to any levo-amino acid based lifeform. So spermatozoa within the vagina leading to an allergic reaction? Ouch. Get that girl some protection, dude.
