As long as it is on topic, of course. Like in the future, antibiotics are the mass effect fields of medicine for Tali, apparently.Pacifien wrote...

I think allergic response is the major culprit in quarian illness versus bacterial infection. As far as I know, bacteria falls under the levo/dextro problem anyway, so a quarian's reaction to bacteria would be like their reaction to any levo-amino acid based lifeform. So spermatozoa within the vagina leading to an allergic reaction? Ouch. Get that girl some protection, dude.
Well yeah, allergic reactions are what causes problems, since she's technically immune to most germs she encounters anyway.
So an allergic reaction is possible, but I don't think seminal fluid would be too much of a problem. Most of it isn't even sperm, but other fluids and whatnot. Also the sperm can't reproduce like bacteria can,
But anyway, I think it's more fun to assume she'll be alright.

Okay, you can never have too much science while trying to correct the inferior science of the game.Runescapeguy9 wrote...

Not to mention that was her first time, she'd want to experience the whole.... 'shebang'
So she'd know what to prepare for next time.

I wonder if Tali ever saw her own face, Quarians wear their suits all the time. and I haven't seen one mirror in the game or on the Flotilla. Must be weird not knowing what you look like.
I'm sure Tali's seen her own face.
Not as often as most others do, of course, but she knows what she looks like.
Ships in the flotilla have sanitation rooms where they can go wash and do things like that, and I'm sure those have mirrors. Of course, we never saw those sanitation rooms, but they're there. Seeto in Ascension said so! (or was it Lemm?)

I wonder the more times Tali engages in extra relational activites the better her immunity will develope to engage in even more extra relational activities. Whatever doesn't kill outright only makes you stronger.

Yeah, but that's probably a technical limitation or something. Reflections are kinda intensive on graphics processors.

That phrase isn't always true, but I think in Tali's case it would be, in regards to her immune system.
When she mentions suit linking, she specifically said "we get sick at first, and then we adapt."

Quarian immune systems are adaptive. The more they are exposed to the same environment, the less damage it should do.Eldareus wrote...

That mass effect drive is pretty reflective on its own. Though I don't think Tali would remove her mask just to look at her pretty face in the engine room.

There are much better reasons for her to remove that mask in Engineering.

Which makes me wonder the reason the Miranda romance occurs in engineering is to rub it in either Tali's or Jack's face that Shepard chose her. She seems the catty type of woman
I always saw it as a jab at Tali.

Yeah Katsumi is my second favorite female on the Normandy. I can imagine Tali and Katsumi hanging out together swaping hacking tales and other cool stuff. Tali crushing on Shepard and Katsumi crushing on Jacob.

Privacy. The average quarian family lives in a 12x12 if I remember right. That's about a bedroom.Radahldo wrote...
is there any reason Quarians masks are opaque other than for the sake of design aesthetic, on the part of the developers? I cannot think of anything so I figured to ask here.
