Well, do you not think Tali is capable of having sexual desires herself? I think she spent fair time wanting Shepard, perhaps even fantasizing over him ( some belief the nerve stimuatlion programs she downloads into her suit may in fact for self stimulation). I understand your point about her allergic response and she, herself, explains that a simple kiss could kill her. While the scene does leave it open interpretation I think that the facts suggest she and Shepard complete the union. First, who better to lose her virginity than the man she admires and trusts the most. Second, if she willing to risk death for a simple kiss why not complete the act, since the damage is already done. Lastly, the act takes place before a suicide mission where no one is really expected to survive. If she is a virgin, as the game leads the player to believe, she is facing her possible death why wouldn't she want to experience that ulitimate union with another being before sacrificing herself for the greater good. 

 Further explaining why we strive so much to keep Tali with us and alive and healthy. She's just that awesome. It's not a forced romance, theres actually a story and build-up to Tali's desire for Shepard. Totally worth it if Shepard got shot a couple dozen times after union with Tali.

EDIT: LOL I performed a check, and my guess was exactly right: 5 times.

It's all in the earlier chapters too, which makes sense, since as their relationship progressed she wouldn't be nervous and wring her hands around.

Bah, lol well some parts have made me cry man tears, and I'm only on chapter 9. That scenario after Virmire was cute.

Man, I don't know what could have caused man tears in those earlier chapters--most of it is pretty mild and fluffy.

Was listening to music with some deep lyrics. Killswitch lol. Some songs really fit the whole Shepard dying and Tali having those feelings built up inside her for so long, then are reconciled two years later.

That is Jack's loyalty, but I didn't change any skins or anything like that.

Tali just happened to look down during an idle animation or something.

She still looks pretty sad in that animation with an opaque mask and all...

Also was just curious how does Tali determine when to make her mask absolutely opaque and only partially? Is it like a combat vs. at ease kind of deal?
Or am I just imagining that?

I think the opacity of her mask is the same, just glitches and goes solid at times.  Like her left eye wanders to her nose.

Was just wondering, cause I don't think I notice her brilliant eyes while planet-side.
So, probably partially blind/crazy.
