They should have done it in 2, I dumped Jack when I found out I could romance Tali, I rushed through the rest of the game and then got... nothing!PlAgu3 666 wrote...
I think Bioware should give people the option to see Tali's face in Mass Effect 3, it would satisfy both groups of people.
I was so mad I complained at work to people that didn't even know what the hell I was talking about so I'd explain it all just so I could continue to complain. In fact I think the reason I found the new board in the first place was to complain about not seeing Tali's face!

Well, you know that Tali isn't bad looking, if Shepard saw her face, smiled, then made out with her, she has to be pretty good lookin. Just logic.PlAgu3 666 wrote...
I love Tali for her personality and would still feel the same even if she looks like a "deformed predetor face"(some one else said that in previous Tali threads) but I still would like to see her face because I don't have much of an imagination so I too was like AAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!!

There's a lot of theories on Tali's face. This is personally my favorite (there's a better version of this without the hood, but I can't find it.)
Anyways, Tali's face along with finally being able to romance the hottest woman who ever set foot on the Normandy would probably be overload if on the same game. Most likely, patience will be rewarded in the future thanks to bioware.
I would like to see how Bioware handles it. I would like it if they used this version, but she will be beautiful in the end, it's just been set up that way.
Edit: If you click the picture, you'll be sent to deviant art, you can easily find the other version.

I actually hate hair. It's so primitive.camoboy_19 wrote...
I don't think it'd make sense that only humans have actual hair on their heads.

Well it seems to be a good balance, she has the skin and hair and the same facial features as humans do, but she also has some scales and a different complexion. Seemed to be a worthy compromise.PlAgu3 666 wrote...
Anyways, I see what you mean. Even though just her suit is purple, I picture her to have very light purplish-pale color and I would think her skin would be very smooth, the black reptile looking skin looks too rough for Tali. "That's just my opinion, really no need to go spreadin' it around."

Would she have pupils? I don't think I see any through the helmet. I kind of wonder if the quarian home world has some sort of perpetual mist, that could explain why it's so hard to see her face.
That would be a good reason why her eyes would shine, but I think the shine is rather an affect from the mask then natural. I'm not sure, but since most other lifeforms have pupils or pupil-like features, Quarians wouldn't be left out of that.
Batarians have four eyes, they probably don't need irises... that'd be a little creepy.

With everyone else I talked to, a lot of them had little to say. Wish they did have more, but will probably come up in ME3PlAgu3 666 wrote...
They need to give her more post-suicide mission dialogue, more than just "Totally worth it." I mean, she does not even aknowlegde that you defeated the Protheans.

lawl, when I heard her say that, I died a little. All that effort to defeat the Collectors and it felt like my crew just gave me a thumbs up.

But the quarians are as alien from the rest of the galaxy as it is from us, they could easily have developed another way to limit the light getting in, if they even needed to in the first place. And no reason they couldn't have developed a way to limit the sensitivity of the photoreceptors. That combined with squinting would be enough.camoboy_19 wrote...

Cat's eyes do not glow. They are reflective.PlAgu3 666 wrote...
I will go apes*** if I do not see Tali's face. And about not seeing pupils, maybe her entire eye is luminescent and if we saw it unobstructed by a mask they would be different colors but still very slightly 'glowing' like a cat's eyes.
