I would prefer her to be revealed in-game.

Tali's face revealed in game is a must but BW could create a number of conceptual designs and let the boards members vote on the order from best to last. They would not be of Tali, just a basic quarian design that they would later 'flesh out'.

It would not please everyone but they would then have at least a good idea of where the general forum population is at.

If Bioware is too concerned about fan reactions they can simple create a generic Quarian appearace and allow the player customize Tali's facial features to suit their tastes. Just like they do with their custom Shepards. Provided that this is the last ME with Sheparad and Tali as central characters and there is no 'canon' Tali appearance.

BioWare should show Tali's face. And people should learn to deal with it.

If you want a character with a face you know you like, just choose one of the other romances.

No no no! No customized Tali face!

That completely and utterly destroys the magic of revealing her face, and ultimately leaves her an unfinished character.

It's an attempt to please everyone. And attempting to please everyone will always guarantee a mediocre (at absolute best) outcome, be it art, music, literature, video, or whatever. There are no exceptions. No matter how good something is, not everyone will be pleased. There are people out there who dislike War and Peace, Citizen Kain, Half-Life 2, Tali, Beethoven's 9th, and so on.

I don't know that might seem unfair for other romances and people would complain so I don't think Bioware would do that. It might break the romantic feeling when she takes off her mask too. It would enter a customization screen right as she takes it off and would be awkward.

Most races look like animals

Hanar - Jelly Fish

Turians - BIrds of prey

Asari - Squid heads on a human body

Drell - Lizards

Salarians - Newts or Salamanders

Krogan - Frogs or carnivorous dinos, maybe a dino frog.

Volus - N/A but i guess a hairless mole

Vorcha and Bartarians don't much look like anything though.

I say Quarians may look like some type of flightless bird because they can eat the same food at Turians. So brace yourself guys Tali can look like an peacock or emu.

I don't think Quarians would look like a bird, just because they have the same amino chirality doesn't mean they are in any way similar in appearance.

That's gotta be one of the worst bits of reasoning I've ever seen in my life. I genuinely feel overwhelmed, trying to come up with why it's wrong. :P

Okay, you mention food. Turians and quarians both have the same amino acid chirality, which is why they supposedly can eat some some of the same food. (Let's ignore the fact that food has nothing to do with the appearance of a species).

Here's the thing with amino-acid chirality. It doesn't mean anything. In a super simple explanation, it means that at the molecular level, their molecules have the carbon atom 'facing' the opposite direction.

This means absolutely nothing in the big picture. You could theoretically have a human, who looks and functions the same as any other human, with dextro chirality.

Consider this. Humans, salarians, krogan, asari, and every animal on this planet are levo-chirality. Yet the differences are near infinite.

Chirality is esentially irrelevent. Quarians have no more in common with a turian than humans have with a krogan.

I kinda ran out of animals to compare the Quarians with. It was either birds or fish but i am sure that they will base the look off of their home world's environment. I am suspecting another animal variation as thier look though.

They sure are!

(in case it's not obvious, this picture is supposed to illustrate Tali's boobs, which would have mammary glands, because, well, they're boobs)

Hey Tali fans, dropping by to ask a quick question. How does your morality relate to Tali's? Are you a paragon like her or do you think your Shep and Tali would butt head about certain decisions?

I don't really know where I stand on my own morality to be honest. I understand why Tali argues to blow it, though I don't really know if I agree with it.

What about you guys and gals?

I for one am quite the paragon, (I think, I think too much about stuff like this) blame it on the LEO-to-be in me I guess. The Collector Base decision is a whole other case though. I understand why Tali argues to blow it, though I don't really know if I agree with it.

I'm paragon with a little renegade on the side, you know, to keep it fresh. I usually agree with Tali, but Tali and I don't agree on Legion's loyalty mission. I can't think of anything else I challenge her on.

Also, Keeping the Collecter base is WRONG. Don't do it.

Not when we're talking about galactic extinction IMO, but I'm not gonna do into that here there's a thread for that already. I think Tali wants to blow the base because of her knowledge/hatred of Cerberus though.

That was my impression too Pacifen, I thought the Quarians mainly wore their suits outside the flotilla. I guess how the novels explain the wearing of their suits within the flotilla makes sense. I can't imagine living inside the same clothes 24/7. The hygiene aspects alone frighten me.

It's funny I think we as players want to free Tali from her suit, but it appears Tali is more than comfortable than we with her "second skin". I guess the question is even if the Quarians resettle Rannoch, can they overcome their pyschological dependancy on their suits enough to remove them. The way Bioware is leading their storyline my guess is no.

I say there's no legitimate reason for the Quarians to wear protective suits on their own vessels. Save, maybe, for when they get visitors, like Shepard. But, then again, what's with Tali requesting a sterilization team (or some such) for when the Normandy docks at the flotilla? Either you don't wear your suits, and you need a sterilized environment, or you simply wear your suits all the time and no one cares.

They talk about it in the second book.  That since they live so closely together on the ship that it is a way for them to get some self privacy.  Also they can still get sick on the ship.
