It's right before you hit the Omega-4 relay. If you want to watch it over and over agian, then make a save before you launch the suicide mission. Also using flycam you can watch from alternate angles... ... Just sayin'... ...

Not sure there is any other way to trigger the animations...

She aims the bullets into her targets by shear willpower.

It works quite well. The only shotgun sniper I know...
