Not the best of people to quote Rune, he dies not long after serving his purpose. And well you just servered your purpose, by posting another tali pic.

These are the placeholder faces used by BioWare for the quarians. Note, the placeholder face for Tali and any random quarian female is identical. All quarian males also have the same face.
This does not mean they actually look like that, the placeholders are merely there to give some semblance of a human-like face behind the mask. The quarian male face is much less detailed, likely because it's barely visible anyway; and because they could simply carry over all the work they put in Tali's placeholder to the other female quarians.
Also note, Tali's placeholder face is different in ME2 than it is in ME1; most notably, in ME1, her nose was much larger.

---Update---
Troodon80 notified me that the placeholders for the quarian females do have the full face (Tali's lacks a jaw), judging by the wireframe.
So I went out to get those pics too:
Note, I don't use textures because the ones I can export through UModel are extremely low-res for Tali, and non-existant for random female quarians (it only exports the Color Diff map).
But the in-game texture also has grey skin, in case anyone was wondering. (It also has an odd specular map, that makes it a bit shiny)
I'm unsure as to why Tali's jaw was cut off in her model. Possibly to save system resources, which was forgotten with the random female quarians.

Those are all great pieces, can't believe I missed the preorder for the lithographs, damn things sold like hotcakes lol.
I understand they're selling the remaining... 300 in November. Is that right? So just keep a sharp eye out for announcements.

And I now this is kinda of random, but how do you get the signature things to work, I've tried everything and it just won't work?

What is a "Talimancer"? I've been muddling about a few weeks now, and I've seen it here and there. I've seen it used pejoratively, but I've not been able to deduce the exact etymology of it.
Is it a portmanteau of "Tali" and "Romancer"? Or of "Tali" and "Mancy", as in to... Well, that requires being familiar with the etymology of mancy, too. Which if I'm not mistaken is akin to "mania", but also "to conjure"... So "directed mania"? Ach. You see my confusion.
Or is it something else entirely?
So yeah... Not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask, but I don't really know where the appropriate place to ask is.
