guess I was wondering if Tali's intelligence was exceptional even
amongst the quarians. If so, I wish this would be a bigger part of her
character as depicted in game. With Miranda (and Liara) I feel this is
the case and I like this a lot. I am the type that loves extraordinary
smart women in literature or mediums like video games. But, I've often
wondered why I don't like Tali for the same reason? Is it b/c she
doesn't posses intelligence beyond the average quarian or that it just
isn't ever explicitly shown much in game? I'm leaning towards the
latter. If so, I think it should be shown off more, as that could be an
interesting part of her character (at least, to me).

If it wasn't for the info card, we wouldn't really know where she stood against the others of her species. I agree that Bioware should try to implament her intellegence into the game a bit better rather than just stating "Oh, by the way; the quarian's really, REALLY smart."

I'm guessing there just hasen't been a good moment to yet... or something.

Yes, good point...I guess I wish there was just more!  More!    Perhaps have them make a comment on how smart she is...or something.

I don't think it's confirmed he died, they say some of the people on the low levels or engineering levels or something...

Adams survives.  There's some text about it somewhere.  It's a shame he doesn't join up; Tali misses him.

As for the question of Tali's intelligence, it's reiterated that she's a genius prodigy among quarians as far as engineering and all the sciences involved, so it's a safe bet that she's right up there with the more scientifically-minded individuals on the Normandy.

Disappointing that we never see her actually voice that. I certainly wouldn't mind technobabble with DAT ACCENT.

Pretty sure she's got some funny stuff to say about the krogan.  She snarks on Wrex about the krogan getting sterilized in ME1, and I think she's got something to say about them wrecking Tuchanka in ME2.

Pretty sure she looks down on the Krogan for destroying their own world, but why would she care about the asari or salarians?
