In response to the recent drone discussion, I usually go with explosive Chiktikka. It causes the distraction I need, plus it looks cool with the purple sparks emanating from it (Damage from the attack drone is inconsequential to me).

As for Tali meeting TIM, look at the way she handled Jacob's greeting. Can't imagine how much she would go off on TIM, would probably speak through her shotgun if it was in person.

I just love Tali so much, it was a real shame she was not a romance option for ME1, but at least Im with her until the end of Mass Effect!

Progress on the lithographs. Got frames for them but will properly frame them later myself. But god does Tali look beautiful.

Just need to hang them....

Very nice rage. Mine shipped this morning. I can't help but wonder what planet that is in the background and if we (and Tali) will ever see it again!

I was am looking at it right now. It has clouds, so most likely water and there is a visable atmosphere.

I can't see any land. But my brother suggesed it(the window sill she is sitting on) looks like a quarian ship. I don't really know what it is, but I LOVE her stance

Heh. Here's to hoping we get to know more about where Tali is and why she's there in the future

Yeah... actually, I think I have never done a one shot... well because I like my detail ;)

I have to say that I'm very interested on this one shot too. You always do excellent work, and it should be nice reading for Christmas along with Deception. Posted Image

Good. I was daydreaming a plot during history class this morning. I have some good ideas....
Been like seven months since I have written Tali's character, I feel I should slip right back into it.
@Rune
ME3 should give us answers... I wonder if the litho is foreshadowing or just a sweet piece of art...

Very nice Rage. The planet/world in the background could allude to what Legion said about what a home really is. Doesn't have to be Rannoch or a specific world, it just symbolizes what the quarians strive for, what it represents for them. Tali's pose looks great regardless.

Playing some Mass Effect 2 or watching through all the Tali dialogue should help on writing, and it should be generally enjoyable to the likes of us. Posted Image

I guess it's just a sweet piece of art, as you said. But if BW wants more money from us it will be better that they don't even think to go with ME3 without Tali. The haters can always kill her in the Suicide Mission, but the fans of her are just too much to put Tali aside. Hoplessy...

I have done over 120,000 words through her perspective. I will just fall right back into it ;)

I am the least bit worried Tali will be in ME3... or BW will be raided my Himmelstors clone army. (v1.0-2.0 inside joke)There is too much of a fan base for her it wouldn't make sense. With that and the suicide mission, BW has a lot of work cut out for them. I am curious to see how they go about doing it.

Yes, I'm really curious me too. But still I won't be completely relaxed about until I'll saw a dammit trailer with in-game footage with her :P

Here's to hoping, maybe she'll get the full CGI treatment that Sheploo, Miranda, Mordin, Jack, Grunt, and Thane got.

If not, there's always JeanLuc's upgraded model and audio gathering!

What Rune said. And with BioWare paying attention to the fanbase, they know who we want to see in the next cinematic trailer. I bet if they do do one, Garrus and Tali will be in it....

I'm not sure if this was posted before but does anyone know what Tali's name means?

I looked it up in a dictionary and it gave me that its the plural of talus.

It's definition:

"bone in ankle: the bone in the ankle that connects with the lower leg bones to form the ankle joint"

Do you guys think Bioware was aware of this?
If anyone is interested I'll continue to post other definitions/periods where the word Tali is involved.
It may give us a clue to what she looks like or even what the pattern on her hood means.

I would think that the more likely scenario is that there's no particular meaning for the name besides it's being akin to the quarian language and culture. That just said, if there is one in-lore, it would be nice to learn the meaning of Tali's name in ME3. Perhaps if we romance Tali and go back to the Flotilla, we may be told by Shala or something.
