Let's see. We've talked about Sidonis, and thus far the consensus seems to be that she'd think that Sidonis should be punished for misdeeds.
I would imagine just about the same about Jacob's father, perhaps even more so because he betrayed his ship crewmates.
For the genophage research data, I'd imagine keeping the data, but not recommending to Mordin to use it for a cure quite yet.

I'm not sure what to do with Tali in my canon playthrough yet... in my first, I sent her into the vents and then brought her with me to the final boss (along with Mordin; this was a reload, after my first pick of Grunt and Samara had led to Mordin's death). In my second, I sent Legion into the vents and Tali escorted the crew back.

That sounds about right. Good analysis. I agree with it. The interesting thing is that Tali comes at about the middle of the paragon renegade scale in ME1 (with Kaidan being most paragon, Wrex more renegade), but she's easily the most paragon of the ME2 squad excepting possibly Jacob. I liked this in both games.Xilizhra wrote...
About other decisions, though: I think that overall she'd enjoy helping people in need, but would react harshly to traitors, and possibly other criminals (I'm less positive about that, though). So something "paragade"-ish.

In general, all of the Mass Effect 1 squad mates went off on their own and progressed that way.
Garrus became a leader instead of a follower (and a buddy to Shepard instead of his/her "student"), Liara became head of her own information broker network, Kaidan and Ashley were both promoted in the Alliance, Wrex became leader of clan Urdnot.
And Tali rose through the ranks among the Migrant Fleet. She's become much more important, and was considered quite an asset by the Admiralty Board. Her progression in status is made more believable because she completed her pilgrimage, yes. No doubt her completing that rite of passage opened up new opportunities for her, including military service.

Then it came Shepard. She learned from him the meaning of leadership and the will of trust and help other people (at least with Paragon Shep). So after his death and her return seemed natural that Tali tryied to apply what she learned in the time on the Normandy, becoming a more positive figure. Also... even Wrex would have looked more heroic compared to some of the new squadmates of ME2...

But still, it wasn't nice of Jacob.

I don't want to replay ME1 and ME2 with a male character, because to me, Commander Shepard IS female. I hope bioware doesn't leave us femshep Tali fans in the dust...

Does anyone think Tali will be romance-able for femsheps in ME3? I've grown attached to her since my playthroughs of ME1 years ago, and was sad I couldn't romance her in ME2.

Personally, to me, Tali is heterosexual. I think that is the interpretation that BioWare has given us, and that she will most likely remain heterosexual in ME3.
Don't intend to sound too harsh... but given that the sexual orientation of LIs is a sensitive subject to discuss, I personally feel that Tali should remain heterosexual. If she were to be made bisexual in ME3, then there will be that glaring inconsistency - why wasn't she bisexual in ME2?
I am not against LIs being bisexual or even homosexual, but I do not feel that BioWare should create inconsistencies in their games just to appease a certain band of the audience - but I do agree, there should be more meaningful platonic conversations with squadmates if a romance is not possible in ME3.

Did anyone else find it kind of spiteful of Jacob when, after you recruit Tali, tells her to say hello to EDI?
She gave Jacob the... "Tell me you didn't just say that" face.

A death glare from Tali erased all of Jacob's personality.Xilizhra wrote...
I laughed a bit there when I imagined her expression, admittedly.
But still, it wasn't nice of Jacob.

Not sure Tali would make a very good spectre.Xilizhra wrote...
Why am I now so fascinated by the idea of Tali being a Spectre... I'm just quite curious as to how things would go. Assuming that she was up for the job, of course...
In other news, don't believe I posted this one from DA

What if it raised the reputation of the quarians as a whole throughout the galaxy, similar to what Shepard could do?BTG_01 wrote...
I don't think Tali would want to be a spectre; bringing law and order to the eight corners of Council space doesn't help the Migrant Fleet too much. The paycheck isn't that big either...

I don't think Shepard being a spectre raised humanity's reputation, saving the Citadel from Sovereign did that. Also, the human embassy on the Citadel had to apply significant political pressure before Shepard became a spectre. The quarians don't even have an embassy. Although it would be cool to watch Tali deal out spectre justice, I don't think Tali or the Council really wants that.
