It seems Shepard would do more harm than good on Rannoch since he can give the inhabitants sickness. Tali could live suitless but Shepard couldn't; a small price to pay but could live with it.

I'd think Bioware would figure out a way to work around this, if they went that way. Mordin or some other medical scientist would give him something he could take so that Quarians are safe around him.

Mordin is a goddamn good scientist, but he has another one alien race to save, and just few years left 'cause of the short lifecycle of Salarians. Anyway, even if it's always nice doing this kind of speculations probably these are things too far from be seen in game: I guess that we'll be lucky to see something like a 30 second long cutscene about Shep and any LI if they survive ME3... that's a shame, off course, but still a realistic perspective...

I think making Shepard and quarians be able to freely be suitless on Rannoch is too much of a stretch. And inconsistent with quarian narrative.

I agree that Mordin is unlikely to help the quarians in any significant way. Not even research yet.

I haven't been to these forums in months, and still there's a Tali thread. 
I posted here actively during the first... 3 or 4 threads..? Then someone at BioWare told us not to do this anymore, and it stopped. 
But I'm glad to see that you guys have started it again! Runescapeguy is the only one from here that I remember.

not a creature was stirring,
as through space it did slip.
The engines were humming and shields at full strength,
the deckplates were silent along its full length,
with Joker in his chair and EDI by his side,
they monitored the sensors both far and wide.

Tali was snug and all warm in her bed,
while John was dressing, secure in the head,
the rest of the ship had all fallen suit,
even Legion was resting, nothing left to compute.

When all of the sudden the alarms they did sound,
and out of the racks the crew all did bound,
an object approached from out of nowhere,
moving quickly it came and its target was clear.
.
The shields were full strength and the weapons online,
tactical was ready but the object seemed benign,
as the vessel drew near the grins of the crew,
began to show and then grew and grew.
.
While the object flew past the ship gave a sigh,
some of the crew even began to cry,
tears of joy and love filled the whole vessel,
and in John's arm did Tali sleepily nestle.
.
A modified ship with its engines in front,
only one they all knew could pull such a stunt,
and over the comms came an aged old saying,
but Tali did not understand what it was conveying.

With a smile on his face and twinkle in his eye,
John told Tali of the red dressed guy,
as she listened on the smile on her grew,

Tali heard of the season and soon she knew all,
the words she now knew and their meaning quite clear,
