I honestly just picture her as Liz Sroka with shorter hair, maybe in a small ponytail, lighter or maybe even tan colored skin (you never know, maybe their skin is naturally tan) or perhaps even a purplish or dark color, nothing too dark though, and everything else just plain human. Maybe purple eyes, perhaps the color of their suits is based off of the color of their eyes. That would make me the happiest guy in the world.

The implants are only to help fight off disease. They are more than likely internal and near the heart or spine.

Yes. I believe she was 22 at the time of ME1 and now she is 24 (these are "earth years" idk how much Quarians age compared to humans)

A rough equivalency is assumed, since the game doesn't say otherwise.  If there was a difference, they'd probably say, like with the krogan, asari, or salarians.

I would say it seems like she is in the quarian equivalent of mid twenties. Totaly vague I know.

I'd also assume surface ports or interfaces of some kind so they can link with the suit for better physical monitoring.

I really like this banner because I feel like it completely depicts my distaste for Miranda's character and respect for Tali's much deeper character. 

Btw I can post this here and only here because here it doesn't sound like I'm trolling Miranda fans.

Hey guys, I'm just a random girl dropping in for a little while.

Now, I like the ME1 Tali, but I couldn't stand the ME2 one. In ME1, Tali was like my little sister, and I really bonded with her sister-to-sister(like how Miranda and Oriana bonds, as well as how me and my little sister bond in actual life). However in ME2, BW got rid of her little sisterness and tried but failed to 'badas*ify' her by making her swear more and try but fail to act independent as per fan request, and that really put me off.

Also, I could never do her romance because it just felt like I was taking advantage of her. I never could, so sorry(?) guys.

Finally, since you guys are Tali fans, you should know good Tali fics right? Well, could to point me to some? Because over the last few months, I've been combing FF.net for good Tali fics, yet I've only found 2 that have held my interest long enough and are well done. And both of them were done by DarkDanny. At all other times, it's either plain boring, or it's a terribly written trollfic/hatefic like this one. God, I swear I needed bleach to unsee that horrible piece of hate after I accidentally read it. And the author's gonna continue it just to 'f*ck with Mirandamancers minds' as 'everything Mirandamancers do is a waste of time', according to his own words.

I don't mind a little mild character poking(I mean, Miranda going into a gunfight with that uniform of hers and Garrus constantly calibrating?), but unfortunately, most, if not all, of the Tali-centric fics I've read shamelessly and relentlessly bash most/all of the other love interests, especially Miranda and Jack, who are my favorites ingame. So could you nice boys please point me at some good ones that don't bash and are well written? Thank you and sorry for doomwall!

Haha I now of a verrrrry long one that is also quite good, if this is the kinda thing you like. I read through a bit of it and it did hold my attention. I think Calinstel is a great writer but I could never get over the fact myself that I was reading about video game characters =D

Yeah I've seen that one and am a couple chapters in, but I'm starting to lose interest even though I like long fics. Why? Because HOW THE F**K AM I SUPPOSED TO CATCH UP ON NEARLY 100 CHAPTERS?!!

Well there is Himmelstor (aka Doc) who has done some excellent Shep/Tali FF http://social.biowar...71740/blog/&p=6 .

I started one but never had the time to actually finish Part 2 recently as other projects have pulled me away.


As for Talis Implants she has more then just Immuno booster implants if reading her ablities and her LotSB Dossair suggest.

Yup no problem. I don't hate any character in the game really. I just have vehement dislike for some and distaste for others. But I'm not going to troll or flame anyone who has different opinions than me (at least directly )

The armour is very detailed. I love it. As for Tali's implants, they are stated on her dossier on LotSB and in the quarian codex. It also makes biological sense.

As for Tali fanfics... She isn't a main character in this one, but her son is the main character, and he becomes a spectre who finds Garrus and Shepard. It is in fact probably my favourite fanfic, it is by echoalexia, it's quite famous. Forgot what it's called though...

And as nuclearbuddha said, quarians will probably have a similar life expectancy to humans, as may turians because theirs aren't mentioned. So it annoys me when people accuse others romancing Tali as being 'wrong' because there are only 5 years between her and Shepard. Also it is just a game. There is a larger age gap between Shepard and Thane. It does baffle me...

I just read a bunch of Tali fanfics, most of which by Knight. I can't BELIEVE what I was missing. In some of them I almost cried, from sadness and joy. Writing pieces haven't done that for me in a long time. It's amazing how detailed BioWare is when it comes to character creation, it makes them feel, lifelike.
