I haven't tried very often to position squadmates. Does Tali do well in close combat with the shotgun, or is it better to keep her at medium range?

Some people say to let her do her own thing, but I usually give her a longer-ranged shotgun like the Evi or GPS and sit her on Shep's flank in cover.

Alternatively, I've heard that she does very good with a Carnifex or Phalanx and squad cryo ammo (which an infiltrator can provide).

But like I said, what I'm doing is just having her guard a flank and throw tech powers.  Squadmates do little damage compared to Shep, and I do most of the killing with the Widow.

Edit: Top.

Except for some minor different particulars on the suit, that's a very nice Tali! :)

That's extremely well done, and proportions seem to be mostly correct.. I like it.

Glad to see the Tali'Zorah thread is alive again, Now If only the last Mass effect 2.5 dlc Will be about the Geth/Quarion war, I mean that’s what they have teased us for two games now.

1 with the Geth data,

2 twisted the whole morality with Legion and the faction Struggle.

and now Its earth thats getting attack in mass effect 3?

Personally I find the Morality conflict about Rannoch “the Homeworld”

more interesting then saving Earth.

“Possible spoiler”

I'll properly just use Dark Energy to let the Sol sun go nova. Exploding and taking our planet and the reapers with em.

My ME3's mantra is going to be "Save Rannoch, let the Earth burn". I've got enough of the "humans are special".

I'd prefer seeing the Geth/Quarian problem as a major plot on ME3 rather than a dlc... or it should be a huge dlc, like LotSB but a longer.

But I'm afraid this plot will produce only one, maybe two assignment...Hope I'm wrong but...there are just so many other subplots to deal with! :(

ME3, definitely. I wants some Tali, but I want it done right, and on the proper scale. It's not a DLC-sized task.

Besides, the Virmire Survivor (and their fans) deserves something at this point.

True, I want the VS to be fleshed out. I think they have a story that happened while Shepard was dead, why else would they be so hostile? But this is the wrong thread for such a discussion. But speaking of Horizon, I wonder what exactly Tali was upto while Shepard was dead.

She says that the data was invaluble to the fleet, and the fact that she had her own squad showed that she rised through the ranks. She was also tasked with a vital mission of investigating the sun on Haestrom. So she must have gained a heck of a lot of commendations while Shepard was absent.

giving quarians a good name by saving the citadel and getting lots of geth data might do that. Posted Image

Thus far, Tali's activities between ME1 and ME2 are only the province of fanfic.

And I don't think Liz would stop by to record Tali lines for some DLC when no-one else is.

Better wait for ME3.

More spunky and snarky Tali that way. Just the way I like it.^_^

IMO In the first game, Tali was still a childish personality. Before all the traumatic experiences near the ending. (especially thinking Shep was dead, as she was in my squad during the fight with Saren) In ME2 shes comes across (again IMO) as if she was forced to mature even more after her return to the Flotilla. I can definitely see her being starry-eyed over Shep, if you take the Paragon path.

As to the Quarian appearance generally, keep in mind that if you romanced her in ME2 Shep DOES infact see her face. This is enough for me to assume theres more skin-showing in the future.

I posted this thought in another thread, one where I made a fool of myself.

One solution to the question of revealing Tali's face is through an optional cutscene or conversation. That way, the curious people who want to see it can, and those who prefer to leave it to the imagination can leave it be, and everybody wins.

Always wanted more canon info about Tali between ME1 and 2, especially how she managed Shepard's death :( too bad it's probably fated to remain FF speculation, except for the Haestrom logs...

@Someone with mass:

Yeah, snarky Tali was awesome *_*

@mothbanquet:

It's still going strong, as it will forever be >:D

@ Roxanna I didn't start loving Tali until ME2. We didn't get much of an insight into her personality in the first game, as she was just telling us about quarian culture. She did mature a lot after Shepard's death, possibly because she felt she had to live up to her father's example. And the info she brought back from her pilgramage proves invaluble.

But I wouldn't have called her childish in ME1, naive perhaps, but not childish.

Hey I have an idea. You know how legion has those weird head flaps? Does anyone else think that Quarians might have something similar? Sorry if this is a bit off topic.

BioWare said they added the "head flaps" so that Legion could have body language.

I love them headflaps solely for their purpose in the

'No data available.' line. Amazing. Quarians have other means of expressing their body language I guess.
