Ignore that post, I couldn't see it at first. Anyway, back on subject. I would be mad if they killed anyone off in the game without me seeing. I would be most angry about Tali though, I want her and my Shepard to be together.

I'm not pointing fingers (to you or anyone else) but i always notice when ever I make a poll that's based on Tali, there's always one person who is ALWAYS Tali-bashing. And when confronted about this, they say that it's because:

1. They don't like Tali

2. They want to be negative

I think that all this thinking about Tali and other LIs dying is just speculating (if that's the right word for it). I highly doubt Bioware will spend the time making Tali romanceable just to kill her off in ME3.

I'm more concerned with Tali becoming a cameo in ME3 a'la Ash/Kaiden at this point. As we saw in ME2 Bioware does not seem to mind making squaddies and love interests into cameos. >_<

Nope. I hope for a return of those cameo'd squad mates. We saw that Liara won't but Ash/Kaidan have not been given a yes or no. I just pray that it doesn't happen to Tali and the others.

Oh, they'll come through, they came through on our wishes for Tali to be romanceable in ME2, why not keep her in ME3?

I think all of the ME2 squadmates are coming back, except for maybe the DLC characters. From an real-world perspective they're all quite popular in their own right (especially Tali). From an in-story perspective, why would they leave the Normandy? The ME1 team only left because Shepard died and I doubt that will happen again.

Agreed, in the end there is no sense to removing the characters without a really good reason.

Seeing as Tali has already been in 2 games already, I think a cameo would be the best thing for her. That way, you still get to see her and romance her so the fanboys don't troll me. She could join the Migrant Fleet and provide more support than being a lonely gas mask xeno who will never get close to my Shepherd and thus use the Fleet's resources and troops to provide some form of suppport and information to everyone on the Fleet to have an army and its resources to aid you against the Reapers. Say, what do you all think of the Migrant Fleet?

At the risk of interrupting this exchange, does anyone know how long ME3 takes place after ME2? It's not immediately relevant to the topic at hand, but Tali's place in ME3 will be somewhat dependent on whether its been years or months since the conclusion of ME2.

To be honest, idk. I guess we'll have to wait until Bioware releases more info. But from the looks of it, it could be within a few months (like 3 or 4).

I would say a few months considering that the reapers were on the edge of our galaxy. Tali may be on the Normandy, or as suggested by our troll, she may coordinate help from the flotilla.
