Seeing as Tali has already been in 2 games already, I think a cameo would be the best thing for her. That way, you still get to see her and romance her so the fanboys don't troll me. She could join the Migrant Fleet and provide more support than being a lonely gas mask xeno who will never get close to my Shepherd and thus use the Fleet's resources and troops to provide some form of suppport and information to everyone on the Fleet to have an army and its resources to aid you against the Reapers. I think she is probably one of the most popular characters in Shepard's story and there is a good chance she will return as a crew member and most likely squad member for ME3.  You Shepard romanced her and she was exiled she would have even more reason to stay with him.

The Rally the Crowd option (which is a great option, BTW, certainly better than getting Tali exiled) isn't my favorite because Shep has to share the spotlight and credit for saving her with Veetor and Kal.  I don't like sharing.

Ooh, I've never done that option. I just love yelling at the admiralty board and the comments Tali made afterwards. I know Veetor and Kal both say that they spoke for Tali's defence before the hearing, but do they speak up for Tali during the hearing if you pick this middle option? I always thought that all the quarians would start sputing their various opinions, like at the landsmeet on DA:O.
But alas, it didn't happen. I do love a good ol' political squabble .

As for that cookie, you're right, it does appear to contain rabbit droppings. I guess he is free to eat it at his own risk... He just shouldn't have a sig like that...

And it always fills me with a warm fuzzy feeling whenever it's a Tali/ Garrus (or Legion) combo topping the polls.

Yeah, if Kal survives Haestrom and you don't turn Veetor over to Cerberus they speak up in her defense if you pick the [rally the crowd] option.  Veetor is kinda panicky, but still has some good lines and Kal just about curses out the Admiralty.  But like you said, I prefer yelling at them myself.  And getting all the gratitude.

Tali likes seeing you yell at the admiralty board. And I quite like talking down their pompous asses. But I shall try out that option, never done it before... Veetor does mention that he would never dare speak out in a crowd, but the doctor confirms he is getting more confident.

I would never hand Veetor over to Cerberus. Even my renegades. Prejudice tyrant that TIM, no matter how awesomely he delivers his lines.

I don't play as femShep, so I can't say definitively, but I've never heard anything I'd characterize as flirting.

They have almost no dialogue:  just "oh, I'm glad you're still alive" and "thanks for your help."

If you're talking about the "just call me Tali" "I'll work on that... ma'am" thing, that always came across more as Tali trying treat him as an equal and Kal pointedly saying "no, sorry, I'm still your subordinate."

I don't suppose you have a youtube link for the dialogue?  It's not something I've seen/recall.

I've played Sheps of both genders and I don't remember any difference in dialogue with Kal. The conversation with Kal happens before you can romance Tali, anyway.

Don't worry about it. I've been up for three days straight and have a slight headache and this has been a trigger for me. There is no solid evidence to support it and it pushes my buttons when people slap it in my face as fact.

It's not straight out flirting, probably just a slight suggestion that Bioware has evilly nipped in . You're right, there isn't much evidence for it, but I like to study the game. There are only a few lines between them, but I know others have got a similar impression. Wasn't meaning to say it as a fact or anything
And you should get some sleep! Three days, ouch!

And it all happens before anyway, so I don't think it would matter at all.
