If shep and tali really wanted a child of their own they could get a quarian male donor and tali could still carry the child. The donor could even be completely anonymous. Bam, problem solved.
And the Admiralty couldn't whine about it because she would still be adding to the quarian population.

Buddha's post to his blog a few pages back
Some parts of her story are so damn D'AWWWWWWful. How can I regain my man card?
Chop down a tree with your face. Have a man breakfast.
Is she free tomorrow night?
As her metaphorical father, I strongly disapprove.
I laughed so hard I almost choked to death on the coffee I was drinking. classic.

I have to say that of all the replies to my question, this one surprised me the most. I wasn't thinking about adoption until Collider mentioned it and see someone develop a full character for Mass Effect based on this concept was really cool.. and weird. I smiled frequently while I was reading the initial biography.NuclearBuddha wrote...
HAI GUISE! Are you all talking about adoption without me? Because I had something to say about it...
(As a bonus, here's another scenario ("Protectors" about halfway down the page) from UDHNRT.)
I have to thanks everybody for their replies. It have been over 30 hours since my last Mass Effect session, which I stopped to decide between Liara and Tali. I ended up going with Liara. It's weird to say this, but I kinda feel bad for dumping Tali after everything that happened in Mass Effect 2. If it wasn't for the mission The Lair of The Shadow Broker, I would have chosen Tali, but I think that Liara makes more sense to me.Everyone else

That's not all they are good for... They are pretty decent at sounding the retreat tooAlienmorph wrote...

Hehe, only joking, I know you're Italian, but us English have our terrible humour to contend with
Personally, I didn't want to romance Liara. She certainly got LOADS better in ME2 and in 'Redemption.' But I still wasn't so eager because I thought she had too many time consuming duties as a Shadow Broker, and so she wouldn't be able to spend much time with Shepard.
Of course, I brought this up on a thread one time, and got utterly bashed by Liara fans for it...
Tali however, has followed Shepard through thick and thin. She has waited for him, and taken things slowly. It is also a relationship based on trust, loyalty and personality (because Shepard can't see her face, so it isn't a shallow fling.)
And, Tali is ace!

Let's say that Tali remains with Shepard until the ending of Mass Effect 3 and they don't die. Do you picture them together? For how long? It seems more like that their relationship is bound to be broken, not because of their interest in each other, but because of their physical limitations.
I noticed in your post above that you chose Liara and I agree with idea of another playthru with Tali as your LI. Isn't it nice to not have your choice sealed in concrete? and not to be flamed by those of us who are obviously Talimancer;s?
I had to respond to your question's in your quote; Hell yes and until they're old and gray with several adopted kids of both species running underfoot !

No they don't... 20 years with the same little group of idiots at command, even after that the range of their idiocy was demonstrated several times. They're not good in retrating. At all
Returnin OnTopic... I don't know why Tali and Shep should be worried about their chances of having a family... esentially they're two people that does a job that could kill them both every day... until the reapers will be out there they only need eachother. Then, if they're both gonna make it, they'll talk about adoption and so...

well harasing someone about picking Liara over Tali woud be soo childish. Besides I always thinked that Tali is most unreasonable Love Intrest in game (besides Garrus maybe
When comes to resoning though, there are others far more sutable for Shemhard, just not for MINE SHEPHERD.
I wonder what would defalut shepherd choose ? Staying faithfull to Ask i suppose (she is the Defalut choise for thouse who started in ME2)
