When you enter flux with Tali in ME1 she comments on the music there. I think she said something about wanting to bring it back to flotilla. I quess their music is totaly diffrent considering how suprised she sounds when she comments on music there... Who knows what their music sounds like

Also I have to agree about Dawn of War(if you are talking about first one.. the 2nd one isnt even a real RTS). It was splendid game. very underrated. Beats starcraft... atleast in single player(multi in DoW wasnt as balanced as Starcraft... more races I quess). Tau ftw

Tyranids! That's what I have in 40k too.
I have yet to bring Tali with me to Flux on my current ME1, but she sounds like she likes Flux music? Garrus says in ME1 that he doesn't like the Flux music. But in the romance scene, he'll switch it on in Shepard's quarters. Ironic really? Posted Image
But yeah, I can imagine it will be some sort of ethereal singing, a bit like some sort of ancient tribal music, but with female voices and no bongos. Some kind of old instruments though. The quarians are described as having 'old souls' after all.
Liaramancer is someone who romances Liara. Your avatar implies it. And you sound like one sadistic troll.

She says that the Flux music is interesting and she wonders if it's possible bring back to the Fleet a copy of it ^__^

I'd really like to get more insight into quarian culture in ME3.

There should have been an option during the romance when she says "I was going to bring music, but I don't know what you like... so I brought some of the music from Flux *sticks on some heavy techno*".

The look of pure confusion on Shepards face at that point would be hilarious.

Alternatively I think getting Tali a copy of the kind of music from Flux should have been a mini side-quest like the brandy/provisions/FTL couplings and the little quests in Dragon Age: Origins such as the mirror for Morrigan that resembles the one from her childhood.

Would you guys agree with the opinion that Tali falls for Shepard regardless of whether or not he shows interest in her?

It's quite official. Liara at the end of LotSB says that Tali had a crush for Shepard since the first times on the SR1. And Tali herself says that "she watched Shepard for so long", so yes we can assume that she feels something for Shepard even if him doesn't corrispond. But she's smart enought to don't act like a silly fangirl if Shepard is not interested, her loyalty is only vaguely influenced by her feelings, imo.

I would not, but limitations of the game can make it appear that way.

I would not agree. @ Alien... I think those lines about Tali and her feelings are only available after Shepard shows interest.

It's not really debatable considering Kelly basically tells you that she does as soon as she becomes a crew member, Liara points out that she has been "awe struck" since joining the Normandy in the first place, and Tali mentions how she has been interested in you since fighting Saren.

As Pacifien tends to say: It's all based upon what you see yourself, if you see the above as proof that she does, then she does, if you tend to see it as not enough evidence then she doesn't.

Personally I think she does.

Yes, it's true, but they're in line with her characterization if you don't renegade on her, so it's plausible for me that she feels something for Shepard anyway.

Yes she definitly says she likes it and wants to get a copy to bring back to flotilla, just checked on ME1.
You are probably right ethereal singing it would fit perfectly

Yeah Quarian music sounds interresting. War of the Worlds looks close in my opinion. Maybe closer to the begining of the Tali's OST

I couldn't go renegade with Tali even if I tried.  I had forgotten about the conversation with Kelly after Tali comes on the SR 2.  Since my first playthru of ME 1 & 2 it was what I was waiting to hear. Nearly ran over Donnely trying to get to engineering.......yeah I know.....hopeless.

I was thinking, I wonder how good quarians are at video games? Would be fun to be playing an online game and start chatting up a quarian on your team while you are killing dudes over the extranet.
Would be really entertaining if someone would write a FF with the Normandy holding a LAN party

@ Tasha:

Interesting argument :) I could suggest a track, "Spiritus Khayyam" from the Globus album Epicon that I listened so many times (doing long train travels to Venice everyday for studying sucks btw >.<) . That song made me think about Tali and general Quarian music long before I became a talimancer. I can't resist thinking at it as a possible soundtrack for some holiday/social/celebration meeting inside the Flotilla.

That song sounds exotic, it reminds me of middle-eastern culture but with futuristic and spiritual elements. Quarian traits, imo.

The sole example of quarian music we're told about is a capella, actually.

Edit:

Aha, found it!

Maybe I'm only a noob but... I never understood the sense of that message. Why it pops up after killing the last geth? And why is dispatched beyond the Perseus Veil? O.o

Perseus Veil is where the Quarian homeworld is,
and where the geth are now.
not sure why the message shows up though, maybe it's that wierd geth 'we-show-no-emotion-but-seem-too-like-in-that-movie-iRobot' kind of thing?

Geths are emotionless, but they seem to care about their story, and the one of their creators, so maybe it was part of somekind of archive about quarians made by them.
