You also have to do it really late and will cause fatalitites

Tali should be the shortest crewmember on the Normandy, Kasumi may actually be near to her height as well though.

I'm fairly certain.
Quarians are supposed to be generally smaller than humans. However, it's possible that Tali is tall for a quarian.

Yay, I finaly worked up the courage to join this forum and share discussions with other Tali fans! Anyway, I noticed that the current topic of the day revolves around Tali's hieght. I've got a picture lying around that gives a pretty good idea of the difference between Tali and MaleShep's hieght. Problem is I don't know how to include it in my post because this is the first time I've posted on a forum, of any kind, ever. Could someone tell me how to add pictures to my posts, or direct me to a place where I could learn how?

It's pretty simple, really. If you ever want to post an image directly, just type in [*img*](the picture's URL)[/*img*], without the asterisks, or just use the image tool on the Standard Form page. And since you'll probably want to post a link eventually, too, just do the same thing but with "url" instead of "img".



And if the picture is saved locally instead of online, you'll have to upload it somewhere first. I'd recommend imageshack or photobucket, they're both easy to use and don't require registration.

One thing i notice during my 100% complitsh playthrought was that if you bring Legion along during Tali's trail and Take tali with you on the geth station, you requre less Paragon points to get the charm option.

Think its good reason to bring him along.

off course if you want the best ending, you have to lay off talis loyality mission, get Legion then go do herse right away, then the game lets you do legion before the crew is taken

Note how Tali actually appears to be taller than Shepard.
P.S in Legion's dossier under "Gamer Profile" it says that Legion bought a game called "Geth Attack: Eden Prime Fundraising Edition". If this isn't proof that Legion at least has a sense of morality I don't know what is.

I think they are the same height, Tali just seems taller because Shepard is bending his head down.

As to the vanilla height used by all characters in the ME universe. The animations used would have to have been redone for each height used. This would have cost alot more money so BW just used the same animation sequences throughout. This is evident by the clipping of hands in arms or bodies during the game. Same animation, different body size/type, body parts merge.

And welcome Flashheart! Legion's game was a fundraising edition? Wow, I never noticed that either, but that would have to be for the Legion thread!

I also thought that the LM should have been much more different with Legion's presence. Poor geth... And I agree that their should have been a lot more hostility involved. Let's face it, quarians always shoot at geth. Even if it was with Tali and Shepard, the 'creators' perceive them as inherently hostile. No grey areas.

My pic is the second squaddie sat on the stairs during Tali's LM. But of course, Garrus is taller than the others so his arms go straight through his knees. Can't be comfortable.

I never noticed that the second squaddie sits on the steps. I'm usually just watching Tali
