At Chora's Den, if you speak to Tali, she will comment on how quarian dancers are highly respected among quarians but feels that the dancers at Chora's Den are not treated the same way.

Quarians have 'old souls.' They would never dance like the asari in gentlemen's clubs.

It is ironic, really, that they are generally shunned or treated in a demeaning manner by society, yet they have more pride than perhaps all other races. They are also by far, the most technologically advanced.

I want to see Tali sing. I imagine she has a great singing voice and I hear quarians have great music. Why not?

I don't know why, but when you guys say quarian music I imagine more of the instrumental kind of music. Maybe that's just me.

I doubt we'll see her dance simply because ''dancers are very respected among my people'', which could quite possibly mean that there aren't very many Quarians that are considered good dancers. As far as I know, Tali's received military training, not dancing. As for singing... I don't really know about that one. Also null, she's not really shy, just nervous around Shepard. If she'd been shy, she might have ended up like Veetor or something.

Seems more like Tali dancing when drunk. Huh; can Quarians even get intoxicated, or thanks to harmful toxins within alcohol, use some sort of artifical equivalent?

There was an eliminated dialogue about the fact that quarians make and drink alcholics so strong that are like they're made of anti-matter.

Her immune system may be weak, but as long as shes got some functioning kidneys and a liver, there's no reason why Tali can't get absolutely wasted on friday nights.

Throwing up in her helmet may be a bit of a problem however.
