If it's a screenshot I really want to find out where that is. I'm gonna guess it's a photoshop though, take models from the game, arrange them in weird positions, take screenshot, cut out and paste in another environment.

I found it during my lurker days on an older Tali thread (you'd be amazed at the things some people posted back then). The original picture came from deviant art, so it's definitly a fanart.
Edit: I'm not sure if this image looks any bigger to you guys but to me it seems the same as the earlier ones. If this is the case then the original can also be found by typing in "dancing garrus" on google images.

And speaking of lurkers, when I first put up the image and it didn't display properly I went to imageshack to change the format to JEPG. To my surprise the image had already been viewed 36 times by peolpe who had manually typed the url into their browser to see the image at its source. This was only about 4 minutes after the image was first posted.

Am I one of the only nerds alive that is, at best, indifferent towards Equilibrium?

I mean, I enjoy (most) Christian Bale movies as much as the next guy, but this movie was at best, silly, at worst, poorly thought out.  I suppose the concept was kind of cool, but the dude is standing still.  How hard would it be to plug him with a bullet?  

  

Also, that pic is one of the best things ever.  I laughed out loud when I saw Tali and Garrus dancing.  Is it just me or can anyone else see Garrus doing the Running Man while Tali does the Sprinkler?

Well I find it pretty poor too (c'mon it's "1984" with guns), although some scenes are well made.

But I have to contradict my own previous post: Tali's combat style is pretty brutal, especially in ME1. I like to think that all the bad things that happens to her help fuel her rage

I love the armors from the first game. I think it made it feel a bit more customizable when you could least put Tali in the armor of your choice. Now she only has two color schemes for the same armor.

still detail wise ME2 armor beats ME1 ones. I really love those swirly things on the veil. I will take one highly detailed armor over 6 recolors any time

Hm i just finished Lotsb on my original shepard, which had romanced Liara in ME1. Deciding to just be friends with Liara since my Shepard's with Tali She said something unic :

".... I had reason to not add more to the competisjon.... I've was naive shepard.. But not that naive"

Normally she says " And spar you the joy of finding out yourself?"

Anyway i added this to the ME wiki but it was removed 15mins after.. then i readded it with a picture, but it was still removed again.
.. Well im not trusting ME wiki anymore.

Most likely because of your spelling and grammar, I think the ME wiki is in English.

Funny thing. She seems to be the only one in ME2 wearing that veil. Every single other Quarian in ME2 had her ME1 veil on.

Really? I like the "new" veil, with all the drapery on the sides... It's those two circles that hold it above her breast that I don't appreciate much :\\

Of course, lol, much people don't even notice her veil's back ;D

I actually like the way the ME2 hood blouses out at the back.  It's makes for an interesting animation and seems a natural way for the cloth to fall.

I prefer the sticky out things on the veil. It makes her unique from other quarians and gives her mask a nicer frame.
And yeah, the veil that just goes straight down did become a bit of a cliche thing in sci-fi (even before ME1.)
