Have you done the Tali romance then? I recommend it!

I can't help but find this line humorous.

As if to say:
"Do your part! Romance your local Quarian today!"

Also, Tali would be worth it regardless of how many poopoohead politicians or admirals you'd have to tolerate.

When you marry someone, you're marrying more than the woman.

Now, if I could arrange to kill most of the admiralty.....I'll think about it.

Let's see, we have an assasin, a Geth infiltrator, a master thief.

I think we can have that arranged.
Back-up plan? Grunt.

Well, Tali and the Admiralty Board are separate people, and both very different.

I mean seriously, if people began judging humanity by their politicians, then we would be in deep trouble...

Considering the fact that Venezuela's president recently blamed capitalism for the lack of life on Mars, I quite agree.

He what? Hahahah!!

Anyway, my point is that I don't see why James doesn't want to do a romance with Tali because the Admiralty Board are idiots. They are separate people, and if you do that with humans, then there is no hope! :D

He did, read it in a newspaper at work yesterday (What? I didn't have anything to do at the moment!).
And I think he's afraid of living with Tali on the fleet or Rannoch if the admirals are still in charge.

Your perspective is rather intruiging, James. Am I correct in my assessment when I believe that you view marriage and life on the Migrant Fleet as the definitive outcome of romantic commitment to Tali?

Nodscouter, I would never condemn you for being unable to provide a source but I would be very grateful if you could disclose the name of the newspaper.

I believe it was Aftonbladet, but it could have been Dagens Nyheter.
Have fun trying to translate them.
However, I know from several reliable sources on my other forum that it is true.

That's........well, I was going to say surprising and disturbing, but then I remembered who the President of Venezuela was.

I don't see any other reasonable outcome.  Tali is loyal to a fault.  The idea that she would settle down anywhere other than the flotilla is probably very distasteful to her.

I have no hope for other reasons.  But, it is true with real marriage that you aren't just marrying the woman; you're marrying the whole family.  It's something worth thinking about.

Hah! Marriage.
I hope you're not forced to marry Tali or anything at the end of ME3.

Except for Shala' Raan, none of the other Admirals are related to Tali. And also, I got the impression that Tali would be travelling with Shepard across the galaxy as opposed to settling on the Migrant Fleet. In which case, you wouldn't have to see those idiots ever again!

Also, you don't need to marry someone to be in a relationship with them!

Shala'Raan is related to Tali? How?
And about travelling across the galaxy, I doubt the rest of the crew would appreciate being stuck on an eternal honeymoon for those two.

Ooooh...

I know this is slightly off-topic, but

http://ps3.ign.com/a.../1157464p1.html

No rekindling the VS romance this time around. Hopefully for ME3 (because ignoring that relationship entirely would be lazy and poor form on Bioware's part).

Also, just for the first time, I read through the Dossier's at the Shadow Broker base.

Lolz all around for the "NerveStim Package Pro: Deluxe Edition" installation.

Why would she remove the package in the first place? She uninstalled it multiple times.

Guilt? I'd go for a guilty feeling that caused her to uninstall it all the time. That, or she was trying to keep it a secret in case someone ''acidentally'' accesed her omni-tool and saw it.

I don't think Shala was related by blood....just a very close friend of the family that may as well be family.

Tali calls Shala'Raan her Aunt. And if questioned, Shala also says that she linked suits with Tali's mum.

Err, not in a sexual way obviously.

And Tali's dossier is very funny! Also gives us a lot of insight into the suits that quarians wear.
Also, I wouldn't want to marry any of the LI's. Not even Garrus! Hehe.

The term ''Aunt'' is not restricted to your parent's sister. Shala'Raan isn't related to Tali by blood at all, she is simply a very good friend of the family. Like Han'Gerrel, to a lesser extent of course.

Even if I did not have several Swedish associates, I still know the language rather well. As such, the problem is easily overcome.;)
