 She didn't link suits. she shed her suit to be in the same clean room as Tali's mum to comfort her through the birthing stage.

Also, I may have misinterpreted, it seemed that Shala had a strong relationship with both of Tali's parents. But usually, where I live, Aunt means the sister of a parent.

lolz.....when did proof have any bearing on a discussion in these threads?  Cross -species legal marriage would deserve it's own thread, because it's off-topic in the Tali thread.

Probably not that big a deal... After all, the asari marry and mate outside of their species on a regular basis. It's normal. Other species probably hook up but it's not likely as common, but with a precedent already set by one of the most powerful species in the galaxy, legality is probably not an issue.

Now social ramifications... that''s what our star-crossed lovers might run into. Guess who's coming to dinner?

That's gross. It's almost as gross as Shepard and Tali having a bubble boy. They're fine the way they are now, galavanting from planet to planet.
