Angmir, drop back to page 403, near the bottom of the page. You'll find the pic and the link you're looking for......ignore the conversations on those few pages, they weren't.....let's just say not very respectful of our Tali.

And, i never understood why people even care what others think of them? They think we are creep, rabid and generally wierd, so what? It doesn't change anything, only that these people generalize, and isn't worthy of my respect anyhow, or notice.

I do not fit in the creepy or rabid personality trait, but i definatly fit as wierd, with all interests considered. But really, wierd is a matter of perspective. To me, all those who listen to pop are wierd, just to illustrate the point.

I do not think that an single LI should get more content, if one gets content, all LI should get content.

It does change things when people decide to completely ignore arguments based in logic just because of their perception of you.
I don't care what they think, as long as it doesn't get in the way of how they behave.

Additionally if you think of how the Turians initially treated the humans as a hostile influence before a reasonable acceptance, it is just the same with the Geth, until they are finally integrated, every race is Xenophobic to an extent afterall...

There is no race more xenophobic than the geth. They should be eradicated, not integrated.

^ I dunno Saph, the Geth are technically 1 "person" made up of many minds and Legion seems pretty chill to me. Not even the heretic-geth r xenophobic, they just wants their machine-gods.

U sure u just didnt forget to paragon hug-interrupt tali?

I never hug her anymore! You get better dialog if you just let her grieve.

...Shepard not having the prejudice of the rest of the council races, which leads to him (and eventually their crew) accepting Tali and the rest of the citadel races, which should by rights lead us not to having any sort of extreme view on something we dont yet have a full picture on, unlike the rest of the citadel races who are prejudice, thinking of them as troublemakers or vagrants.

If anything Shepard, as well as most players, should see through this and actually have more respect for them as a people for doing very well, and managing with very little, when nobody else would help them at all.

Or at least that is my outlook...

I always thought the reason other races are shown to be prejudiced towards Quarians was because it helps players sympathise with them (which Bioware wants, empathy with characters=emotional investment in story) . The view we get of Quarians is pretty one sided, I haven't seen a single in-game Quarian act in any way that fits the description they've been given by the other races. We never get to see any bad, thieving, troublemaker Quarians. I'm not sure whether this is due to the Quarians bad reputation being false outright, or because we simply haven't seen any bad Quarians yet.

I do believe it is stated that quarian career criminals are just left on a world as the fleet passes by. If this is the case then the general galactic populace's contact with the quarian's would be with these beings. Even if only 10 were dropped off in the 300 years of exile, it could still garner the opinion of thieves and scoundrels. But to brand an entire race as such is a travesty to the quarian people.

On pilgrimage, Tali had to endure this dislike, this hatred of her and her people yet still kept a positive view of the galaxy in general.

Well, the dialogues without the hug are indeed nice (I didn't hug her twice because of a bug that makes appear the PI icon for 1/2 of the second :P) but really... she needs someone who shows some concern for her instead of remembering only how in deep troubles she's. Hug! Dat! Quarian!

LoL

If you take a detailed look at Garrus' Shadow Broker Dossier, you'll see that the last lone criminal he killed (with a cough no less) was a Quarian. And you'll see that said Quarian was a serial killer.

So, there's clear mentions of criminal quarians, even more with the books - Golo being a case in point, but they didn't really SHOW us one. You are correct in that.

Indeed, Tali is a very sweet person.

And I think that this "dumping the criminial on the nearest avalable planet" must even include exiles.

I am thinking a decoy here to draw them away a bit then annihilate them with my beloved M-920 Cain. It is rational for my Shepard to ensure the safety of his followers, it is his duty as a commander, and a leader, liking them or not (but he does like Tali).

Rational is a matter of perspective.
