If you take a detailed look at Garrus' Shadow Broker Dossier, you'll see that the last lone criminal he killed (with a cough no less) was a Quarian. And you'll see that said Quarian was a serial killer.
Eitherway he ironically couldn't be as big a serial killer as Garrus or Shepard is. My Shepard has literally killed over 2000 sentient beings last year alone. He can still hear their screams...

I dont know, I've slapped a Geth Prime with the force of a thousand Revenants handles before, and then his friends followed, tis close enough
Randomly - I still want Tali (or legion) to build a mini Collosus for the ship, ships pet.

We're still better off than the VS-mancers. At least Tali got to do more than act irrational in the main part of ME2.
On the subject of Exiles... I really doubt that there are more Exiles than kids on Pilgrimage out there, especially bad apple exiles.

Also, something interesting I caught from Legion's dialogue. Teh true Geth are preserving Quarian Homeworld. He laments that the Quarians don't call it by it's name, just homeworld, which he claims signals mourning. With tht in mind, why would anyone need to build Tali a house on the homeworld since, according to Legion, Tali's "house" is clean and ready to be lived in already? Discuss.

I didn't like that Tali wasn't in Arrival, so I tried to force Hackett to say Tali's name. I re-loaded and before I checked my private terminal I called Tali to my quarters. While Tali was sitting on the couch patiently waiting for some lap time I rang up Hackett. He informed me of the 'my eyes only'
mission and after he was done telling me and disconnected. I checked around corner and yep, Tali was still sitting on the couch and heard the entire conversation. I was hoping Hackett would tell me that Tali had to leave so that 1) I could get some mention of her in Arrival, and 2) I would get a clip of Tali walking away. Hate for her to go, but I love to watch her leave.
