Absolutely and personally I like the look. However your 'Tali the nurse' idea is.....interesting.  Tali as squadmate? They're not going to confirm or deny I believe.

I really don't think they'd bring Garrus back without bringing Tali. Team Shepard just can't be split up.

Not to mention it would most likely be a deal breaker for a significant portion of the people on this thread. The real question would be weather people stop playing out of protest or from turning into an emotional wreck.

I wonder how Bioware's going to do the armors in ME3. I'm hoping that whatever road they choose, the Colossus armor will be there.
Also red, you need to post more often, if only for exposing more people to your fanfics.

Than those are some sad folks... If a single character is given the cameo treatment is all that it takes for them to leave than they weren't ME fans to begin with.

Also, I heartily disliked the Phoenix armor, both in looks and in performance.  It was really just about the worst armor you could put on your people.

Statswise it was terrible but as far as I know all Sirta Foundation armours had "secret" atribiute - enhanced health regeneration so it wasnt that bad after all.

Still eighter way - Hydra (basic) and Colosus looked best on Tali.
Just I got to admit I like ME2 Tali suit far better that original ME1. Alternative "loyal" golden striped suit is my favorite.

To give a thought to that ME1 suit resembled Quarians situation and status more - it looked a  little like build of screps and from whatever they could find to build it, both undelining their poor economicla status, their gipsy like scavenger lifes, as well as their extraordinary technical skills - they cun build advanced lifesuporting suit from garbage.

Me2 Tali suit is gorgious and I suppose it is so well made and almost artistical to reflect her status on flotilla, jet all Quarians have their suits much more "clean" and brand new looking than old tali suit. Even the suit of thet guy on Omega is generic. I know this was laziness that both admirals and outcasts were the same male suits only diffrence beeing colours, but still ...

Different people like ME for different reasons - not everyone plays the game for the combat; some are there for the story or for the characters instead.  In my case a lot of the companions bored me in both ME1 and ME2 (if I have to listen to Ashley drone on about her family or sit through another of Thane's flashbacks one more time...!), so it was mainly Tali and Mordin who kept my interest high in between missions. If, theoretically, I was told that all of the characters I found to be interesting were not going to appear in the game, while many of the ones I didn't like were to be in it then one of the main pillars of reason for me being willing to put down money on the game would be removed.

Having said that, I'm sure that Tali, along with (at the very least) the other romance interests will be back in some form or another for ME3 (except maybe Thane, for his in-story reasons) unless they can't convince the voice actor(s) to come back for some reason.

I also hope there are some armor options, but we'll have to wait and see (damn!) The Colossus armor offered Tali the best protection for her fighting style and I like the black/red.

It's been awhile since I've read your stories 'Red' and more people should.

Surely this is speculation but I predict that Bioware will leave it a mystery. I'm sure they feel its what makes her interesting.

I'm maintaining my policy of not reading any information being released about ME3. It heightened my excitement of the game, not knowing who the characters would be, or what the over-arcing story would be about (aside from the fact that humans were being abducted). It was impossible for me not to notice the "cover page" for articles on IGN, so I knew something of the make-up squadmates, but I never read anything into them.

But yeah, Tali better be in it, or I'll be a sad panda.

@ Feio- I'm kinda hoping Bioware thought of that and just covered the bases by giving them a 3 game contract.. Makes sense to me at least.

Anyone here ever wonder what these characters would be like if they got a chance to relax a little? Grunt and a few others seem pretty at home already but I don't think you ever see Tali or Thane in a calm mood.

The diff between Kaylee and Tali is that Kaylee buckles and hides during combat. Tali sics Chiktikka on them and guns them down with her shottie while Chiktikka shoots its zapper at them to distract.

Its a DLC for ME2. I dont think there ever was a geth shotgun in ME1.
