Can't deny that picture is well done though. Although she looks rather mature for a 24 year old, maybe that's just me. Don't think I'd mind if that was the general quarian look at all.

Agreed, the eyes are very good, capture the luminance without.... illuminating.
Why do you leave when its gone gold? What does that imply in terms of information, and specifically, Tali?

Simply put, if pirates (or overly eager fans that have way more free time than I have) finish the game within 20 hours of its release and go posting spoilers (a picture of Tali's face for example) on the forums it will take away from the experience I have playing through the first time.

Agree on the eye shape and the art work is well beyond my skills. I'm with Alien ont the 'elf' thing, it's the pointed ears that don't fit my visual or the in-game descriptions ( or lack of description). That in no way is intended as an insult to the artist. I'm sure we all have our own "internal" idea of what Tali looks like, just like the devs wanted.....

Whenever there is a release of a game or dlc, I avoid the forums until I have finished said game or dlc. Works better for not being spoiled.

Same here, it's kind of hard to avoid the spoilers unless you live under a rock. If Tali's face is shown in ME3 it'll be all over the net.

It is a very good piece of art and I like that she looks more mature than she often does in fanart.
But in fact I think she does not look nearly exotic enough. In my mind quarians look much more alien than the standard pretty human girl. Nothing wrong with pretty human girls of course but we already have many of them in the game so some variation would be nice.

The eyes do... at least i think the eyes do. The rest.. though not sure why but I find it they fit the ...admiral. forgot her name. The one that wants to run tests on the geth.
