I have also read the Codex and it does confirm that Quarian life-span is roughly similar to that of humans (around 150 years or so). The earlier estimation of Drell life-span is in-correct, however. As the Codex entry for them confirms that their average life-span is 85 years.

Self Promotion: New chapter to my Tali/Shep fic is up.

Garrus and Tali were my two main squadmates in ME2. (As close as I could get to my Wrex and Tali combo in ME1) If they both returned as squadmates... Well I would probably preorder the super-ultimate edition of the game right now.

Not that I counting the days away, nope.

Ahh, Tali+Wrex was awesome. That line on Noveria was awesome.

Tali: "What was that?"
Wrex: "Debris. Don't worry, I'll protect you."

Or somethink like that. Still, one of the best squadmate to squadmate dialogue IMO.

And the elevator ones...

I miss those things :(

from gamecenter(gamefly) app for android:" so far bioware has confirmed the following cast for mass effect 3: the illusive man, garrus (if he survived), james sanders(not the soldier in the trailer), liara tsoni, kaidan alenko or ashley williams(the virmire survivor), legion(if he survived), wrex (if he survived), Mordin(if he survived), ambassador udina, captain anderson." No confirmation for Tali yet here :(

Ty Hellbound :)

I'm pretty sure Tali's gonna be a full squadmate. Nice pic, but the best modded suit I've seen is the normal one plus the white zones on her side. That's even better than the original :)

This one. Posted on various pics some pages ago.

The white zones are black on the original. Looks alot better the modded one, the white balances and clears the other colours, also it looks more like cloth-like and defines better her soft body.

You cannot imagine how much things a different color can do. Think about Miranda's two costumes (not talking about the alternate appearance pack), the loyal one IMO looks alot more combat suited, and it's basically a recolor of the white one.

So cute.....<3 <3 <3 you are right. However i restarted me2 for the second time, to give tali more space in the story, recruiting her as soon as possible, before other squadmates. :)

It kind of draws attention to the side-boob area.

I wonder if tali will benefit from the engineer update? As awesome as she was, tali's lack of defense busters really hurt her usefulness.

I suspect that whatever engineerShep gets is for him and that squadmate powers will get a changeup, too.  There might be some overlap, but I think (hope?) squadmates will have some uniques.

I think Tali should get a bit of a boost in ME3. She was a little underpowered in ME2, and not rightfully so.

She dominate any mission where you faced geth. Shame you rarely did in ME2. In ME3 we will be fighting reapers, so hopefully will make her more useful.

Difficult to say.  Husks aren't tech enemies, nor were the Collectors.  Collector barriers were vulnerable to biotics rather than tech.  We'll have to see if the same dynmic exists in ME3.

Well perhaps they will make tech powers that are useful outside of just hacking. Remember how tech used to work in ME1? They were mine based, focused on overloading shields, powers and weapons, and often did some nice damage as well.

In any case talks of deployable turrets gives me hope for the engineer class. The Engineer class is my favorite in concept, but they just did not play well for me when it actually came down to gameplay.

She's supposed to have a support role in combat, so it's not that surprising.

Though, I really hope she can use the new turret, but her own version of it, which have like boosters against certain enemies.

I too think she should have some boost in abilities in ME3 if she is a squaddie. Hers were too similar to Legions. And although you recruit him later, I preferred his guns to hotties with shotties :D

What abilities (anything you like) do you think Tali should have in ME3? (Bearing in mind that melee attacks are going to be expanded upon.)

Enhanced sniper ability and CQC expertise with her knife   ;)
