While this is a beautiful peice of fanart, the Quarians don't have hair.

Also, I think the Quarian features are similar to how the geth look : o

They don't have hair?

Prove it.

Another case of my-opinion-is-fact.
Hair has not been confirmed nor denied and both are equally possible. Definitely hoping to see Tali's face to finish this debate once and for all, however.

Yep, they look like bipedal deepstalkers with noses.

I would love to see Tali have geth-like eyes. That would be awesome.

I'd say this is still up for debate.

Liara's actual words were just that Tali was awestruck.

She was impressed with a lot of things at the time. Like the huge drive core.

Right now the only things we really know about the Quarian appearance are:

1. 2 eyes

2. A nose

3. Lips & mouth

That's literally basically it.

Happy tears, thread is back!

Just adding to Riptides list of Tali traits.

What surprised me much was how steadfast Tali has become in ME2. A strong woman who dont take crap from anyone.

back on Freedom's Progress. I giggled so hard when she dismissed Prazza, If you can't follow ordes, go and wait on the ship!

aww memories...

Nah, that concept just looks too human-like. Tali needs to look somewhat like an alien (with semi-glowing eyes, for example).

I agree that I would like more of an alien appearance. Something more original than the Asari.

Pretty much.

I'm sure we'll find out in 3.

I like it, too. Though I would prefer some hair.

The general consensus is reflective. But I understand your concern. Have a look around.

I'd settle for a cross between humans and turians.

Most of the quarian alienness appears to be in the rest of the body.

Something to the level of the Drell would suffice, in my opinion.

Who said Tali was "meek" ?

she is an advocate for genocide for Christs sakes

This could change depending on the outcome of her conflict with Legion before the suicide mission.
The only reason that would make Tali seem meek would be her nervousness on the night with Shepard before the Suicide Mission. It is out of an extreme sense of selflessness in which she seems to be afraid. Not because she fears for her own life, she realized that if she died because of their being together, it could have hampered Shepard's chances of success against the Reapers. This could have hurt Shepard both emotionally, as guilt could have clouded his judgement and morale during the mission, as well as losing an extremely capable fighter and tech.

The success of the Collector mission and the impending threat of the Reapers would for sure curtail any lingering animosity towards the Geth.

It was my understanding that this was mentioned in the 2nd Mass Effect novel, and also the codex.

It's not like it matters, we are never going to see what she looks like under there.

They'd still need to be unique in their own way, but still.

Would make sense. Quarians clearly share some evoloutionary morphism with turians and humans, in much the same way asari do with humans.

Ye of little faith. I trust BioWare to make the right decision regarding Tali.
