Is anybody else here concerned that romancing Tali could have bad repercussions in ME3, given her immune system? Or think that Shep maybe a real jerk for willingly putting her in that danger? This is coming from someone who's until very recent canon Shep always romanced Tali, now he romances no-one, due to my thoughts on why would he, given the danger.

If Tali survives the romance, her immune system should at least try and adapt to...Shepard. Which should increase the chance of survival the next time. So I'm not worried at all.

I doubt anything negative will happen just from romancing Tali (unless you cheated on Ash/Liara by getting in a relationship with her) since it would unbalance the romances.

Thats why i gotta go back to ME1 and either save Kaiden Alenko, or not romance ashley at all. Funny thing is, I wasn't trying to in the first place! Maybe i just didn't know what dialogue to choose.

I wouldn't worry too much about it.

And if Tali really wanted it, I think it's okay for Shep to say yes and push the matter a little further.

She also states earlier on, that a kiss could hospitalize her....Plus, how many of us have made the odd foolish decision based on what our hearts want, over what our heads know.

Ok this is gonna sound cheesy, but the way it's played out  for the most where it's mutual, they care deeply for each other, and both are willing too take the risk then no it's not irresponsible. Though if it's just a fling for the "Shepard" then I could see it being irresponsible.

I just feel that if this was real life, I would feel very conflicted, wanting to begin the relationship, but not wanting to endanger her either....but then again, I think if Shep cared about her that much, he could always keep it in his pants and find other ways to seek intimacy with her.

Nah it doesn't work like that. Tali doesn't catch "diseases" from shep. She has an allergic reaction to his "fluids." 

In fact she can't really catch an actual disease anywhere outside of the flotilla, or wherever else Quarian homeworld viruses and whatnot can be found. She can get sick with bacteria, but shep and Tali cleaned themselves beforehand. The fear for Tali was that she would die from the allergic reaction, kinda like how some people fear dying from eating strawberries because of the allergic reaction.

Also people keep forgetting the Tali image for the page.

Tali's the one who wants it to go beyond the suit, to have Shepard see what behind the mask and to feel his skin against hers.

Yeah it does and I'm sure there are some players out there who romanced multiple characters in a single play through or are planning on dumping Tali when their ME1 LI returns fully in ME3 or dumped her for Liara's return in the Shadow Broker dlc.

It was mentioned that shep took steps to help protect Tali. In any case even if he wasn't "clean" I wouldn't worry about her dying. She got through it with nothing worse than seasonal allergies.

The unfinished business, if you make sure she isn't exiled, she mentions later that it may have been easier to be exiled, as now her name has been put forward to replace her father on the Admiralty...could loose her to that.

Well i saved the rachni (who are fighting for me in ME3), and i didn't lose a single member in the suicide mission TWICE. I'll be damned if shephard can't pull something amazing off.
