I tried the other classes, sometimes its as the saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it" don't think ill ever sway from what i know best. Being a soldier.

I have my favorites too, but I blame it more on my gaming skills (or lack of) or my inability to learn another class and do it well. I think someone with better skills than I could take almost any class and have it work well with Tali or whoever they choose. It's more like pushing my self imposed limits, instead of adding a,b,c,d,e, in the perfect combination to achieve a fun play through.

*edit* ^ did shephard just make an amazing discovery? He looks awestruck.

Soldier is actually the only class I have never played as. Call me hipster, but I don't like going for the typical choice.

And I imagine that a paragon/renegade interrupt won't stop Tali from sending Chikitta after Donnelly if he comments about her snug suit again ;)

Udina is the one who forces you to take Tali with you in ME1 should you refuse to do so in the first place.
(He also forwards you all those "Thank you" e-mails in ME2 and picks up the slack regarding politics for Anderson if you made the latter councilor)
He's OK in my books.

^ I knew that lol i was being a goof, personally i think he'd make a great squadmember. He'll kill em with politics or drive them off with his terrible personality. His special ability? Political Sht Storm used in action?

Udina-"Im afraid you can't attack us reapers"
Reapers-"whys that?"
Udina-"I fail to see how mans ramblings prove you exist, DOES THE TERM POLITICAL SHT STORM MEAN ANYTHING?"

Being baffled they turn away.

I did not know that, I always said "hell yes!".  I was half joking about Udina, but /sarcasm=fail again.

^ Yeah but if he locks their ships down they get their former captains to beat his face in. While he's in his office.

Yeah, even if you pick the option to not have Tali join you. Udina says to have the quarian under your protection because the council can't keep an eye on her, and she is in a vulnerable position.

Whereas with Garrus and Wrex, recruiting them is optional.

What is this, a rational opinion presented in a moderate way? Get out.

I'm probably going to change my first import into ME3 to Engineer, because that class sounds more awesome and awesome after every news update. I mean, flame blades you can stab people with and a turret? And you can be a shotgun buddy with Tali and the same class as her. Have some fun harassing the enemies with turrets. Can't get much better than that.

I just love the way he says "What's this? A quarian? What-are-you-up-to, Shepard?!" like you're just chasing tail or something

I'm with madmapper here. I prefer being an all powerful biotic b**** with team dextro sniping and hacking away.

Although I prefer vanguard to adept, simply because of the better weapons :D

I got my favorites (Vanguard's the perfect balance between difficult and fun) but I don't discriminate at all with who I bring. Fighting nothing but organics on the "derelict" Collector ship? Let's bring Tali and Garrus. Only organic enemies on the suicide mission? Let's go Team Dextro! Miranda's the most qualified to lead the distraction teams? Garrus and Garrus again! Those who are not constantly challenged become weak!

Anyway, thanks for the suggestions. I've actually tried Infiltrator with Tali and that was really difficult for some reason (albeit fun). I really want to try Sentinel but you make me want to go Vanguard AGAIN with your powerful biotic b**** talk

Actually, he says:

I'm going to do the same.
I hope that the turret doesn't replace the combat drone.

Cloaking was a pain because you can't heal with it active. Incinerate wasn't enough to take out everyone's armor so I got AP-ammo and basically only had Cloak and Incinerate to use the whole game (which is a similar number to Soldier, except Adrenalin Rush is like 100x better than Cloak). When Tali would use Chiktikka the enemies would turn around and it was more difficult shooting them in the head with the Widow. Choosing the AR instead prolly would have been wiser in retrospect. I also gave Tali AI Hacking instead of Energy Drain, which was definitely the biggest killer for me, or OF me, I should say.

Hmmm, I have to take that into account when i try it. Thanks Goat.

This was before LotSB when I couldn't respec my squad.

My advice is never get AI Hacking EVER. It's the reason IMO Legion's a worse squaddie than Tali, cuz he's forced to put 3 points in Hacking before he can get Combat Drone. And Energy Drain > GSB, and it's also much better than Overload for the shield boost.

Hello dead people.

It's better to kill the mechs with Energy Drain and regain some shield points, than to let Tali mess around with AI Hacking, which won't do much if there are organic enemies with assault rifles right behind the mech.

Hey, window peeker...have you been watching me play? Tactics are what I force myself to learn and when that fails...

I have Tali send in Chikktika and I start shooting at anything that moves.  :P

Well to get to to details, i usually go with Concussive shot (this games equivalent of an under barrel grenade launcher which i do enjoy) on my "Revie" :P. Inferno ammo seems to be pretty all round, but i keep adrenaline rush on tabs and Disruptor ammo semi maxed out for those geth missions.  Alot of people have been saying to use Tali and Garrus in the squad at all times, at first i thought it was just fan treatment, but lord was i wrong. Sorry Zaeed =/

Tali+Geth shotty and Garrus with the burst sniper. Tali has saved my life more times than i can count and Garrus just spots enemies and drops them. It's amazing how people say the AI sucks, because IMO they do their jobs pretty well.

Team Dextro is a squad to reckoned with! Tali and that shotgun have saved my butt more than once or twice.

I always wondered why Tali was regarded as a weak squadmate to have with you, considering combat drone is an extremely useful ability. The GPS is also ridiculously OP.
