Doesn't say the circumstances. Could be you negotiate with the geth or help the quarians drive the bots from the homeworld... Or maybe during the reaper invasion it's some kind of strategic fallback point.

2012 can't come soon enough! Gonna be pissed if the world comes to an end before ME3 comes out, though...

Afterwards is OK, of course...

I think it'd be neat to somehow pull David in for helping with the Quarian/Geht negoiations for Rannoch he can actively speak computer where as shep being cyborg can't.  But before everyone says the geth do talk they did in ME and Legion fluetly does they kind of steped back on the whole talk thing in ME2 when Legion first spoke one of the characters said, " Geth don't talk all they could do last time was studder." which wasn't true but hey as far as we know those behind the veil can't speak and who knows where Legion would be.

Bringing David back into the mix for awhile would be a way to have him be useful again maybe if shep asks he'll willingly talk to the geth as apposed to last time.

Lol, yeah...I asked high hopes, still happy he actually answered! (BioWare is just that amazing.)
I'm guessing we won't ever see it...But that's not really a bad thing.

I don't know, am I the only one (apart from trolls and haters) who doesn't really care if we see a reveal or not?

I mean, it would be nice, and I'm as much looking forward to it as anyone, should they do a reveal.

So far when it comes to Tali, for me at least, it's been about personality. This is only more testament to BioWare and Liz Sroka for making a character likeable without even being able to see past the suit.

For me, one of two things will happen;

If BioWare does a reveal, then regardless of what Tali(or any other quarian) looks like, it's unlikely to change the perspective of the character so much that (a) I'll start thinking about this character for every waking minute of my life, or ( That I'll be repulsed beyond all imagination. So, in other words, I'll be happy, nothing much will change.

If they don't do a reveal, then I'll still mance Tali, that's not going to change. So, while I might feel slightly disappointment, it will still be personality that wins. Again, nothing much changing.

Just my thoughts.

Looking forward to it regardless.

No, that's pretty much how I feel aboutit as well.

I completely agree.
We feel attached to Tali completely because of her personality...She's just adorable. (Wish FemShep could romance her, but yeah, her friendship to me is highly valued regardless.)
They can keep the secret, and I'm sure by the comment they probably will keep it secret.

Aye, it would be like the finishing touches on her character.

And it might give some of the haters a moment of pause since 'you can't even see her face' seems to be an overused argument.

And who knows, a reveal might even endear the character to other people.

But don't get me wrong, I am hoping that they do, just not overly bothered if they don't. I will be slightly disappointed, but that will pass.

One thing to remember, is that this is the last game in the trilogy, so that might get a reveal since we won't likely be seeing Tali after the trilogy is complete. So it might be that which is the deciding factor.

Also, since BioWare is apparently working on concepts, I'd imagine we might see something, but that's not clear yet.

Fortunately I am of those individuals who are fine with reveal/no reveal. It would be nice to see her face, but imagination can be utilized to visualize the player's own concept of beauty. As Troodon said above this post, a reveal may very well be likely since this is the last of Shepard's story, which would in turn be the end of most of his squadmates'.

Either way, I'm just glad she's a confirmed squad member in ME3.
