^ Im sure we'll be able to. Lots of games have that sort of option these days. Fallout New Vegas for example, the NCR wanted you to destroy the Brotherhood, but if you were in good standing with both they eventually worked a truce and even became allies. These two hated each others guts with a long bloody history to back it up too. Thats not to say Bioware will conform to that trend, but just drawing an example.

Personally im not too worried, we already got tali confirmation (people were going postal about that being in the dark for a while lol) so following this trend I'm sure we'll have positive outcomes for peace.

The thing is, the time to reveal Tali's face has come and gone. The best time to do it was when she first revealed it to Shepard.

I'm going to be irritated if they give in to the 'fans' and show her face now.

Did you consider that maybe Bioware didn't want Tali's face reveal to be romance exclusive? Did you consider that the best time for the unveiling is in ME3, perhaps when Rannoch is retaken? Tasha opened my eyes to that very real possibility, and until we actually play the game, you should be more open-minded.

But I am all for a face reveal, and think Rannock would be a great time. Right at the end of course .

I would have to forget that the geth are only caretakers for Rannoch, and that a peaceful solution was possible. I'm imagining Tali's rage as Shepard tells her this and it's terrifying. Her passionate anger when you push for war on the Alarei was already pretty scary for me, and doing so again with the war imminent gives me chills. She has the sense that you may need the Fleet against the Reapers, so I think she'd dump your ass for not seeing the big picture. She is prejudice against the geth, but cares more about saving the galaxy.

An interesting way to put it (and roleplay it)...
I find myself in ageement with you on the second part, she'll probably be extremely disappointed in your character apparent short-sightedness...

Well, I more or less started looking around since signing up, so roughly a year... Didn't actively stared looking at this forum (and this thread) since a bit later though, can't exactly point at a specific moment... I did my homework though, I checked a bit of the old "Migrant Fleet of Fans thread(s)"...

I was kept away by personal reasons and by the bit of caos that went on... I particularly remember a lot of Tali bashing trolls... People have bashed at me in RL for mancing Tali (believe it or not...), and then they say it's us mancers who have no life... tsk...

Anyway, I was not looking forward to having internet confrontations too (too much bile for my liking, I'm not a very "combative" type)... Things calmed down though, almost got the courage to finally speak a couple of weeks ago, when there was a new surge of trolls... Around the time when Tali was still not confirmed but Garrus was, I think...
Finally said "who cares if they troll" and came forward...

Anyway, enough life story, more tali loving...
Here's an image I found... Don't remember whose it is, but I like it: it's humanish but not blatantly so...
Was saving it for a top, but whatever, I just hope it's not old...
Like to think this is what Tali looks like as you take the mask off...

I've said alot of art before was good but this right here takes the cake. Alot of art I've seen even goes so far as to remove the arch in her legs. Its like people are forgetting that she IS an alien, this maintains that idea yet keeps a human look about it. Best one i've seen.

Window peeker...no wonder you've been in the pickle barrel so much.  

It's nice to see some of the 'old timer's' dropping back in. On topic, altough I would sue for peace if it's a choice, I would not side with the geth as much as I like Legion or the military edge it gives. Bottom line is their machines that have a shared conciousness and can upload their programing to somewhere central. Quarian's are flesh and blood and unique.

edit; Which means I wouldn't have to face Tali's wrath even though that's not the deciding factor.

I wouldn't mind getting to see Talis' face. Although, I agree with some that the perfect chance to show the Mass Effect Tali crowd was in Mass Effect 2, Bioware can still come through with a amazing ending where Shepard and her fall in love/marry each other. I, personally, would not mind an ending with marriage - as long as Bioware did it appropriately.

I love Tali as a character, and the sexy voice of Liz Sroka makes it that much hard to withstand - not to mention DEM HIPS! AWWW YEAH!

But I digress, Talis' character is one I'm drawn to so much so that even when I plan on playing my Shepard as another class and romance, I feel as if I'm cheating on her if I don't give her some lovin'. I know most of you agree with me, and that alone shows great character development. I hope we get to see Tali at her best in Mass Effect 3. I'm sure Bioware won't let us Tali lovers down.

Thanks, it's not mine though... I wish I could remember where I found it, I desperately wanted to give the artist it's proper credit for giving me my canon Tali face (unless/until Bioware shows us otherwise anyway)...

Also, maybe it's just me, but I noticed that the more I look at that picture the more I feel... sad, somewhat... Don't know why though...

This is one of the interpretations of Tali that look most how I imagine her. White skin, a robotic look to her and markings on her face. Although she lacks the eyebrows.  I think it is good for how quarians look generally, but unfortunately, I can't see Tali's voice suiting that face.

^ lol i figured as much (not trying to be rude). If your sad its because she didn't show it earlier. I may just have to stick with that one from now on too it has the right amount of human and alien features.
