Agreed. Maybe in ME3...

in ME3 she'll have even more stuff bottled up, so I expect a monologue from her.Posted Image

EDIT: ToP Tali again, this time, double the Tali.

And Patrick Weekes. Can't forget about him..

This is a direction I was hoping they would go.

Yeah, I was hoping for a little more than the abrupt ending that Collider was talking about in ME2.

For the most part, the information over the last few days have been very good. Can't wait for E3.

Wonder if we'll see any Tali content at E3?

I have some doubts, as I heard from Casey (or some other dev) that what is shown at E3 won't contain any spoilers. So I'm inclined just to see some gameplay. Squad mates shown alongside Shepard would probably be the more advertised ones like Kaidan/Ashley and Liara. It's still possible that we may catch Tali in the gameplay somewhere though.

Well, assuming PC Gamer hasn't goof'd again, then Tali has been announced as a full time squad-member, so it's not really a spoiler as such.

Probably a lot of ME3 gameplay.
Oh, I want to see her new suit.

I think Collider might be right on the E3 content ( above post^). I agree with you on the info lately, but I still feel like they're baiting their hooks and fishing.....just to see who bites and how hard. ;)

Yea. But I have a feeling that they'll just the repeat the older news since E3 is so prolific. They don't really need to do anything special or new.
It would be cool to see them discuss/show Tali's new character design (as they've said they've updated the looks for every major character/squad mate).

Oh, I want to see her new suit.

Will be interesting to see what type of design they've gone for. Think it'll be more along the lines of the AA Pack, or something still similar to the standard ME2 (or loyalty) design?

I'm hoping for a mix of both. I think it's important that she has armor but she should also have some artistic design that is part of her character/culture/etc.

True. Quite a lot of the answers I've seen seem to be a "Yes-No-Maybe" answer, where although the answer is there, the question is still left unanswered, or just opens up another question.

True enough. At this point it'll be good just to see some stuff like the weapons, combat, and other such stuff.

Indeed. I didn't know he was so funny. But I shouldn't be surprised since he wrote Mordin.

You think that's why we've only heard a lot about the ME1 squad? So they can isolate the spoilers?

Also, who knows if Tali's design and everyone elses are even half done? There's still roughly 10 months till the game is released. They will probably focus on the combat changes, and a lot of it based on what Casey said about how big it's gonna be.

Yea, no kidding. Lots of ambiguity, and more questions.

I almost feel like they're revealing too much too early. Maybe it's just because I'm surprised to see the Mass Effect devs react to the fans this much.

Question:

How would Tali react To being asked to fill her father's spot on the Admiralty board in ME3?

I think the swirls were part of the design in ME2 and by this point are synonymous with Tali's character, so that's just a texture on the cloth. As for armour, I did like the armour in the AA Pack, so, yes, a mixture of both would be great.

Don't know why for sure, but I've always liked the look of her standard ME2 suit. If they could armor that look and keep the colors (or something new in colors), I'd be good with it. I don't relly dislike what they've done so far so I'd like to see what they came up with.

Considering that there is some foreshadowing to this, I'd say some mild surprise since she already know people are apparently nominating her for the position. How well it would work, or for how long, is anyone's guess. If it even came to something like that. I do know that quite a few people here are adamantly against the idea, but I'd consider it a possibility, no matter how small it might be.

Especially considering the way Casey has handled his first week on Twitter. Even with all the vague non-answers, he's still really active.

The AA outfit has a different pattern, actually.

Looks good. I think the AA pack was a pretty good compromise between armor & aesthetics/uniqueness.

I have thought that myself, but I'd imagine there will be some things that won't be mentioned (i.e. the Reapers' weakness, what dark energy has to do with anything, etc), until the game is either near release, or released. So until then it's just a matter of keeping a close eye on twitter.

I haven't used the AA pack yet, but that I really like for a compromise.

I know, that's why I said a mixture of the original look(with the swirls), with the armour of the AA Pack.

I'm probably going to stay away from the forums when ME3 is near release. I can expect things to be spoiled in advance. Hell, the Tali romance was spoiled before release. It's of course nice that we got the romance, but it may have been better if I hadn't known beforehand.
