I definately prefer the veil Tali wears in ME2. And the swirly pattern has to stay. Although, it seems that they are making armour even more like multiplayer sci fi shooters. So maybe more metallic and bulkier.
Espec when you remember the skin tight armour Shep wore in ME1.

The shape of her veil should indeed stay the same, there's nothing to improve there.
If they come up with intersting pattern that suits Tali I wouldn't mind.

Well, when communicating to your squad and whatnot on the Normandy, it sometimes shows up her dress because of the way she sits. Of course it's very dark, but you do see pink? I think, panties. O.o
But yeah, Samara's boobs...Damn.
