How did you make it? Or if you didn't make it, do you know how people make these things? 

And as for the tweet of Casey, I'll admit I'm a bit wary as well... But, the Tali fandom is really strong, and if they "listened" to us, I'm sure, 100% it'll be for the BETTER.

After playing ME1 again and as much as I like the Mako, just once in game I would like to see Tali just lose it with Shepard's driving....

After a particularly hard rollover,

Tali: “Damn it Shepard, you bosh'tet! My kidney's can't take any more!”
Shepard: “What?!”
Tali: “You let me drive or I'm shutting down the transaxle.”
Shepard: “Oh c'mon. My drivings not that bad!”
Wrex: “Shepard, the quarian's right. Move out of that seat or I'm going to have to take out one of your knees.”
Tali: “It's not a request Shepard. You can report me to my superior officer after we survive this mission.”
Shepard: “But I'm your superior officer Tali.”
Tali: “We can talk about my dicipline later in private. Now move bosh'tet!”

Shepard justs smirks at Wrex and moves....

I believe it's from the romance scene with the camera pulled back. There's a few pics of that sequence floating around.  IIRC, one of them was Shepard copping a feel.

I wonder if anyone's tried to just slap a neutral texture on her face and give her a clear (or clearer) face-shield?
I've been kind of wanting to give Tali a black suit and I think this would really make it pop.

I think JeanLuc did one based partially off Jack's face, with a slightly more visible visor. Might want to contact him if you're interested.

Sort of. He attached Jack's eyebrows to the standard face's texture to make Tali more expressive and found a way to make the faceplace more transparent.

I remember she remarks on sole survivor. Does she say anything about war hero? And I'm torn between Colonist and Spacer. Colonist is tragic, but spending your whole life on ships like tali has seems like a good fit. So could you elaborate on your answer?

I am a spacer/sole survivor.
I like to think Tali can relate to both of those. Spacer: Shepard lives aboard star ships most his life, like Tali. Sole survivor: Shepard survives thresher maw attack (triggered by Cerberus, which I hate and so does Tali) and Tali is kind of like a sole survivor. very little family and her race is trying to survive space and they barely survived the Morning War.

I feel colonist is a good match because it is relatable without being exactly the same, though I have done a lot of playthroughs with spacer as well. They both work

Ahh, spacer is a little too similar. You're right. Going to go Colonist/Sole Survivor. Though what I've gathered here is that there is no wrong way to talimance.
