For the trial to go forward, perhaps.  But I think Koris is the deciding vote at the end.  He seems to be the one hesitating.

If Tali is not convicted, I think all three exonerate her. As Xen says, "Tali's exile would have been unfortunate."

If she is convicted though, I'm fairly sure it's Xen and Zaal against Han. Han makes a statement that he pushed as hard as he could, so it seems likely he still voted to exonerate her.

Glad that they're not going by the system where the trial goes on until everyone has an agreement.

Still don't know how some people can turn down Tali for Jack or Miranda.

Girl says she's willing to get sick and die to be with you... and.... no? You're gonna chase after the girl with an attitude problem or the fragile psycho?

Could understand if you're in a relationship with Ash or Liara, but... still. Turning her down just seems so... sad...

Pretty much, the only way you could not romance Tali while not being a total douche is either by not talking to her after her loyalty mission or by telling her you're not interested as soon as possible.

I really wish Jack's romance wasn't so damn creepy on Shepard's end, or that I could simply hug her without ditching Tali in the process. ;-;

I also wish there was some sort of interaction between the potential LI's, especially when you turn one down for another. (Sure, Tali might swallow her pride and deal with it, but Jack and Miranda would be a fair bit more volatile)

It's an unfortunate dichotomy, yea. Though I espouse the belief that if the relationship wouldn't work
before a suicide mission, then maybe it wouldn't work at all.

Ultimately, it's her decision, you've had plenty of chance to voice your concern and ask how sick she'd get.
In the end, you just have to trust her to do the right thing, not to risk her health to any serious extent. And what would Tali's romance be without trust?
