Ah... You got my hopes up.

In other news, trolls are congregating on Tali-related (and unrelated) threads over in the ME3 forum... Funnily enough, it also happens to be an unregistered forum...

E3 is just a tease...a taste as it were. They're PR people are sitting at a bar somewhere congratulating (sp?) themselves over a beer. Casey's smiling and the boards are all lit up. If you're Bioware, you're a happy camper.

i have no comment on that, its just so true Posted Image and i wish Casey would stop teasing us by not showing Tali Posted Image
if she turns out to be her old cheery self when we do see her, i think i can forgive bioware

It's interesting that there are so many artworks which use the "around the corner" technique.

Lol the last one looks like a male quarian to me. No offense to the artist if thats NOT supposed to be a male, it's still much better than my own skills..

The last one is a random male Quarian. I like to imagine it's Veetor for the lulz though.

Speaking of which, I always found the way Tali treated Veetor kind of odd. She treats him likes hes an innocent victim (which he may be), but he essentially was the one responsible for killing all those Quarians on Freedoms Progress. Im surprised he never received any kind of punishment.

Found not guilty by way of insanity....
It wasn't his fault the Quarians got killed. Of course the U.S. judicial system would probably lock him up, but calling him responsible for the death of Praaza and the others would be like holding someone responsible for their guard dog mauling someone when they were trespassing.

Well, he did seem to be having a panic attack, and rewired a bunch of robots to be hostile. He had no idea anyone was around, and wasn't in the write mindstate to make decisions anyway. He certainly didn't know fellow Quarians were looking for him; I'm sure he would have perked up at that realization, because of the ingrained preserve-the-fleet-and-family ideals in all Quarians. I think her tender treatment is warranted, as there are so few Quarians, he should be given time to recover and realize what he's done on his own.

Then again, she might just be scared. He did have a bunch of Protoss on his side, after all Posted Image

I hope it's the Protoss part. Q likes to follow Skilled Seeker (Tali Troller #1) around and answer his trollishness with anti-Protoss (Starcraft 1 & 2) convo. I gotta say, that "There's no Protoss in the Horde" comment still cracks me up.

Veetor has a mental condition and did not know that the quarians were coming to save him. All he know is that a bunch of "monsters" came and kidnapped everyone. Activating mechs isn't murderous, it's defensive.
The whole mission went to hell because of Prazza. If he hadn't gone rogue, they'd have better been able to coordinate and minimalize casualties.

I don't know if "rogue" is the right term. Maybe "careless ******" is more suitable?

Whatever you want to call him, Prazza ruined the mission.

Prazza was an idiot. Tali says so herself.

On a side note, I think it's really wierd that a team of Quarians got owned by bunch of mechs. Especially when they're supposed to be experts at fighting synthetics.

They weren't coordinated and they were being led by Prazza. And they were in a hurry to get to Veetor before Shepard did.

She isn't in one yet. The corrected text should read...everyone besides Wrex and Tali.

In hindsight I should have probably joined Clan Zorah myself more than a year ago but I was quite happy to lurk, however with (I suppose) all the "fun" squeezed out of the public threads I'd guess its over there now. However, always been a bit half and half on this forum lark so, meh, I might try that when I get around to it, you know, after I've done the other 100 things I've been putting off that require being done.

Oh and back to Tali and demos, I can imagine that Bioware is just trying to troll our community again like they did with the facial reveal, afterall, the Tali fanbase is the oldest and largest of the "original" characters, I can more than likely say in full confidence without causing rage. Oh you Bioware.

I don't think there was any ill will on Bioware's part.
It's not as if we were really shown any squad mate that hadn't already been seen before in magazines. We may have been shown Vega, but he was completely covered in generic armor.
