Eh, it's only rough. But thanks. And yeah, the third toe is incredibly easy to include, even in a rough sketch. It's small, but, heck, it's not that small.

I can see why some people don't include her third toe. It's quite understated and easy to miss if one doesn't look close enough. I myself was didn't really notice the feature until I saw screenshots of her feet (like this one).
My guess is that the people who draw Tali without her third toe, do so because they simply aren't aware of it.
