When did this "Tali is bald" idea come out, anyways?

Let's review our list of humanoid aliens...
1. Asari - Blue tentacles that strongly resemble hair, and are just as appealing to humans.
2. Turians - Long fringe that ends sticking out behind the head. Not quite so hair-like, but deffinately not bald.
3. Salarians - Two large, fleshy horn-type things sticking out the top of their head.
4. Humans - Hairy headed (except for Jack).
5. Krogans - Large crest on their head that serves the same purpose to the eye as hair or a helmet, even.
6. Batarians - Well, they have ugly, fleshy wrinkles on their heads... But let's face it, what were Batarians designed for, except to be incredibly frustrating and ugly?
There aren't any aliens that don't have some kind of ornamentation on top of their heads. Besides, why would female Quarians wear those veil-type garments over the back and sides of their masks, while males don't? If it resembled any hair, it would resemble human hair, and since they were wearing suits long before anyone knew about humans, it's obvious the design is their own.
I'm sure Quarians will have hair that looks more hair-like than even the asari's tentacles. Of course, I'm not opposed to feathers, but the Raloi should have that base covered, I'd think

(Not saying you said she was completely bald, you just suggested no hair in particular. But many others have said flat-out bald)
