I have been supporting Tali for around 4 years now and it is sad that BW is afraid/nervous to do something about Tali's face. It really shows how selfish people and it is disgusting to see my fellow fans who support Tali with alongside me to say stuff like, "If she doesn't look like ______ I am not going to buy the game and I will hate BW."
I love you all (well, most of you;)) but damn some of the things said in here frustrates the hell out of those who truly support Tali.
But then again, this is the internet....

Okay, that had to be said.

I know what you mean. Adding to this idea, and looking at this from another perspective, it shows the talent at  Bioware for creating characters that people truly care about. I am struggling to think of another developer who can create this strength of feeling in the characters they produce.
    I think that the reason why Bioware are 'concerned' about revealing Tali's appearance, is that they want to make sure that what they eventually decide to do, is right, and rewards people like you and everyone else here, who have shown their support for so long.

Yes, I know the story, though I haven't yet read it. I was kind of sceptic about it, because when you searched it, you found it with Tali/Ashley search. And that's little bit weird, I would say. Though it seems that it's not about that.

Also because the sequel is not finished, I have to wait that it's finished before I'll read it.

One however: it's finished and it's pretty much comedy, but I swear in some places I laughed as hard as you wouldn't believe... I'll have to go look for it as I don't remember the title just now, but it was a pretty weird reading, weird in a good way...

It involved things such as Tali getting pregnant with a mutant human-quarian abomination thanks to Mordin insane experiments, Garrus getting his ass handed to him in galaxy of fantasy (by Shepard apparently), Grunt becoming a member of the Admiralty Board, Tali passing through several phases of quarian pregnancy (like say, becoming murderously jelous of her mate and attacking everything that gets close to him), Shala'Raan beating up Shepard, Jack celebrating Tali and Shepard wedding (it's as montrous as it sounds), other stuff...

Oh by the way, apparently Quarians are marsupials... And have long prensile tongues... Which can be used to attack people...
So, yeah, weird reading...

Oh yeah I do know that story, but it's not that good. Well except if you want to laugh. Storywise it's not that good.

And if I'm not completely wrong, this is the story

Thanks for the link Rage, although I'm split on what i want, I voted yes on Proposition "Reveal Tali's face" purely as a favour to all the Tali fans out there.

It's because there's some unspoken love triangle at one point, both Tali and Ashley "competing" (that's quite a big word, I don't know how to explain it properly) for Shep's attention, though Shepard isn't exactly aware of it till very late in the story...
It's very well written in my opinion, not your usual thing and I liked Shep's characterization (and that of the other characters too)...

And no, we don't bite, we are nowhere near as the "rabid" boogiemen some people depicts us as...

For all you lazy people who an't keeping an eye on the vote, it now stands at 16,027 for yes, 2,488 for no.

i'm glad the other fans are making the tough decision for me. I'm still not going to hype up Tali's face in my head though...  don't want to be disappointed.

Believe me they don't bite you two. I haven't been here that long and since i've been here, everyone has been friendly and polite. And they all regard and accept each others opinions. you're quite safe here.


Plus as much as I support Tali, I don't see the point of me signing up to twitter just to say yes. I think Bioware get the message now anyway. If them votes on Facebook is anything to go by, its likely we get a reveal.

This will be my last post for today/yesterday....meh , its 3 in the morning and I got work starting at 8. So cya all later
