How the hell are the 2x size already sold out?

If it's a preorder, that means you haven't placed the order with the vendor, correct? If that's the case, WTH... 

It's bad enough that the figureines were 'sold out' as a preorder, now this?

I'm beginning to think BioWare doesn't want the money.

the bioware store does "pre-order" based on the fact that the items will not be shipping until later in the month or even over a month out. they have already placd orders with the vendors and know how many they will be getting that is why pre-orders are limited. This is not at all an uncommon event though have you ever pre-ordered a limited edition game... system or anything like that? Halo reach for example sold out of pre-order limited and legendary copies at gamestop when the ps3 first came out my local toys r us only sold like 15 pre-orders (which they later had to cut due to sonys manufacturing problems)

The Tali shirt is being restocked on Friday or Monday. For the DC Action figures we are allocated a certain amount, we've been luck to be allowed to increase our orders, but we have to make purchasing decisions 6 months in advance so we can only sell what we're getting.

Might help to note 'limited quantity available' or something similar on the pages. The way you have it worded now, it's a bit misleading, given that it was pre-pay as well as pre-order, giving the impression that you hadn't even placed the order yourself yet.

I'm glad you were able to get more figures myself. I was waiting on ordering them till something else came along and missed out. Luckily I managed to get them when you got some more.



I'm also looking forward to Tali shirt. Hope it comes soon. Will there be any other character shirts?

I'm not really convinced about the figures, but I ordered them, cause, well, they're Mass Effect.



Really, really needs a FemShep though.

^this. I'm really with you on this one. I think Bioware should really get a female shepards figure. It would definitely be interesting to look at.

the problem with a femshep anything is that there are way to many customization options in the game and there isn't a standard femshep they can use like there is with the male version. To many people would disagree with what femshep should look like where as the male used in all ME advertising is universally known because he was the standard shep prior to anyone making their own

Still no joy on the 2x Tali shirt.  I've been checking back about every other day, and it's still listed as out of stock. When you have a moment, would you mind checking on them?
