On XBox, when trying to create a new character, I'm told to delete other characters, but I cannot find a way to do the deletion. Any ideas?

You can't delete characters in game. To delete your saves you have to go to:
Xbox Dashboard -> My Xbox -> System Settings -> Memory
and then look for your DAO saves. Hope I could help you.
